Awesome Computer

I made those two changes and I love the computer, wouldn't pay any more of inflated specs.

Expected better but OK

Old computer was a Dell Windows Vista and was not able to get up-dates any longer. Bought this one because it was on sale and seemed to be adequate for our needs. Expected it to be faster than it is but I guess I expected too much. After a couple weeks of use it has been ok. Realized I need to be a little patient waiting for various sites to open. The tower and keyboard cost $470.00 on sale. You get what you pay for.

More problems then any I've ever owned

I have even purchased support but the wi-fi irregularly disconnects and the video adapter blacks out (and comes back on). From the day I started using it, start up has been slower and many apps run slower then my old basic laptop. I have spoken with both hardware and software support and still haven't resolved. I'm really at wits end. One problem was all the bloatware that was installed. Once I got rid of that, speed improved, but is still only tolerable.

Extremely powerful!

My biggest problem is I wanted to use a 4k tv at maximum resolution as a monitor cut the refresh rate was limited to 30hz until I put a new video board in it. I highly recommend this unit as the power is incredible and its loaded for bear!

The only problem was making my 4k monitor startup in a timely matter. Now it starts in under a minute and my 4k display is perfect!...Thank you Bestbuy

The salesman did not explain that to me when I asked what the difference was between this PC and a higher priced PC.

Good service, only average speed of HP system
