    The worst computer I have ever owned! Soon after purchase, it began to crash to blue screen, randomly, no particular program being the causal factor. I had it into Geek Squad after purchasing several programs in my frustration to fix it myself, which did absolutely nothing, and Geek Squad did not find anything wrong with it even though the suspicion was a bad hard drive or motherboard. The computer has continued to crash since Geek Squad had it at least once a day (sometimes several times a day) since. I am at the point now where I am just going to go buy a new one, because I can't deal with the frustration anymore.
