I bought this computer expecting it to be really fast and snappy. I was not happy when it started up slower then my 10 year old computer it was replacing. It also had something wrong that Windows could not update. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was only because it isn't totally bad. I had high expectations that it couldn't meet. It would be fine for basic things but not for what I thought it should have been able to do. *Note*: I did return this computer and ended up building my own.

Honestly not a fan of W10, and i find this computer alot slower than my last. It doesnt have any memory card ports, either. I know it will take some getting used to but as of right now, not overly impressed.

Perhaps for a younger person who has more time to "fiddle" with everything, this would be good. I wish I had looked around more, before I decided to purchase this.

Needed a new computer to replace my 10 year old Dell Windows VSTA. Thought the new HP would be much quicker than it is but I was wrong. Maybe I just expected too much.

I had to send it to HP in Texas for repair after a few months when the Bluetooth quit. Cost me over a hundred.

Without listing all the specs and technical features (since it's in the description), I am happy with the ability of this HP for my needs. Basically, its a powerful processing system that is great for multitasking whether in business or leisure. Also, the integrated Vega graphics card is good for light to mid-level gaming. I did test it with the currently poplular Fortnite and had to play it on medium with still some hiccups in frame-rate. However, it's not necessarily considered a gaming machine but it should be able to handle average gaming. I noticed it had McAfee LiveSafe pre-installed that I immediately uninstalled since I have always had bad experiences with it slowing down my computers. Instead, I let Microsoft Defender protect the HP. With regards to the physical features, I like the offering of a USB-C along with an SD card reader. Plus, there is a headphone jack on the front which is more convenient than only having it on the rear. I also like the included DVD/RW drive as it seems most PCs are doing away with this feature since it is starting to become outdated, but it is still a nice option to have. Finally, it is pretty compact in size (about 13 inches tall and 7 inches wide) which is a great feature when you have limited shelf/desk space. Overall, I would recommend this HP for your standard multitasking and processing needs but not for high-end gaming.

Don't expect anything spectacular out of this system. It runs and does it's job provided that you don't need to push it

Its a lot slower than I thought. Yet again, I do not need much power and speed since this is for office use only.

Average computer with little storage . Couldn't load Tiger Wood's golf on after spending $99.00 to transfer data

Only had for one month and no issues so thats good, too soon for any real detail but does what we got it for

No faster than my old dell XPS running Windows XP. Should have opted for Intel processor instead of AMD.

Not much of a fan of HP anyway but it was a good deal at the time. Sometimes slow to start up or you have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to start. We don't use this very much and the Hard drive crashed after only 10 months. Thankfully we had the replacement plan but geez.

Using this for a small accounting business. runs fine so far. Good value when on sale
