My HP tower, with Windows 7, crashed and needed be replaced. This HP product fit the bill. The Geek Squad was able to transfer my hard drive files and pictures from my old computer to this one. The one complaint is, that while the Word processing apps were free on Windows 7, you have to purchase them with Windows 10.

I purchased this PC as a replacement for an older Toshiba laptop that I was using for work purposes. This computer is amazing, I am very happy with it and it can run all of my work programs (well over a dozen) with no trouble. I looked at this PC for months hoping for it to go on sale, I finally pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier with it.

This computer was an upgrade from my last one. It provides all the speed and programming I need for the amount of time I spend on it. I mostly use it for surfing the net and emails. Still getting used to Windows 10 platform but am enjoying using it. Best Buy transferred my files from the old computer to this one and I love it. Price was right and service great.

Great unit. Works quickly and reliably with Photographic Manipulation software, complex games and Office Suites. It certainly is not a unit for an advanced unit, but for a senior, comfortable with computers, it gives me everything I need and want, and at an affordable price.

Love this Desktop it has plenty of storage and is a fast unit.

excellent computer, fast and compact and well priced

I bought this desktop about a week ago and so far I haven’t run into any problems. It runs quietly and all of the ports are easy to access from the front and back. Everything loads pretty fast and I’ve run I o no issues with any of the driver software. If your looking to buy a good, quality desktop. This thing is your best bet!

I picked up this bad boy for a client and decided to throw a 1TB samsung SSD in it. My client isn't a gamer but he wants things to open fast after he clicks on them. After putting in an SSD this thing is great. Admittedly, didn't even try it with the built in hard drive but personally I think no one should be using mechanical drives anymore if they can avoid it, unless it is for long term storage. SSDs are getting so cheap manufacturers really should start putting them in more machines by default. ***If you do a clean install and want to update the BIOS, make SURE you have the latest AMD video drivers installed directly from AMD before you do it, not from Windows Update or HPs site. After a BIOS update the machine was in a boot loop. Took me a little while to figure out it wasn't the BIOS but a driver incompatibility. Booting to save mode, rolling deleting the installed driver and installing AMDs fixed the issue. Not sure if this applies to the stock image that came with the machine.****

Bought this on sale and love it. I researched the Ryzen 5 and it's exactly as advertised. Can play games like Fortnite and BeamnG which my son loves and it can do everything I need it to.

Great little computer for the price. 4 Stars because I couldn't get it to scale properly w my 65inch Lg 4K Tv as a monitor. I needed Tier 2 help which was another $250. So, I bought a more expensive computer instead.

I needed a computer for a class that did not support apple. This computer had a lot of features at a verry good price. I connected it to my 42 inch tv with an HDMI cable and it looks awesome. It is a huge step up from my last pc. Although my last pc is so old it has a port for a phone line.

I'm not a huge fan of Windows 10 and all the "apps". However, I am blown away by the speed & performance of this desktop. Startup is quick, programs open fast, and the processor is quiet.

I was skeptical about buying AMD Ryzen over Intel. I was pleasantly surprised at the performance and overall happy with it so far. I bought this for Digital Audio Workshop purposes. So far so good.
