First computer I've bought/ owned in a long time. Just needed simple pc for paperwork, schoolwork, and some photo projects. Plenty of extras that i didn't really need but am enjoying. Good speed. Just wish tower was a bit smaller.

I had to replace my mothers old windows 7 computer that died, and was looking for a faster up to date computer, that was economical. Plus it was also on sale. It was also not loaded with a lot of bloatware. Just had to run all of the updates and was ready to use.

I bought this computer for the home and I love it.very easy to use and has more power than I need.i would rather have more power than less.it boots up quick and I have had a great overall experience.i even got my friend one.love it.thanks best buy

This Hp Pavilion Desktop was a great choice for a replacement computer for an Asus that just kept stopping for no reason. We looked on Best Buy Website, compared the different desktops and chose this one. It seems to be the best choice all the way around.

I bought this on a closeout sale and am very happy with my purchase. The machine is quiet and fast and the 12 gb of RAM is more than adequate for my small office needs.

My father-in-law, a retired Orthopedic Surgeon, needed a home PC for doing every day tasks. We purchased this one for him, and help set it up on his home network. Perfect for what he needs, and bonus that it was a SWEET deal during the Memorial Day Holiday!

looking to replace a 10 year old computer, looked at several . This computer had good reviews and caught it on sale . So glad I made this purchase , computer is so much faster than my old one , finally getting the internet speeds I've been paying for.

The old computer finally got to be too slow and Windows 7 is going out, so it was time for a new machine. This one was priced right and has the Windows 10 Home operating system. So far everything has transitioned smoothly. No complaints!

The installation was so easy, basically just plug and play. It is incredibly fast & even made our internet seem like it sped up too. Only downside is the keyboard is different & takes some getting use to - still fat fingering a lot.

Not usually a fan of pre-built computers but this one has exceeded my expectations after having it for a year. Happy that I can upgrade parts in it easier than most, so I can keep this thing going for a couple more years.

If you don't do anything fancy, this is the best computer. I had hp before and it lasted 8 years. Love. I withheld one star but it keeps going black for a second since I have purchased this computer.

I honestly bought this as an alternative to spending big bucks for a gaming Pc, no it cannot run games at ultra, but it handles the ones I play excellently.

Well, I'm just in the process of moving over important stuff from my old Lenovo that was driving me nuts. I gotta' have speed, speed, SPEED! This one seems she will do the trick.

First off, this PC is very easy to get up and running. The included keyboard and mouse are very basic, but get the job done. It has 9 total USB ports, 6 of which are 3.1 (two on front and 4 on back) and even a USB-C port on the front. The other two on the back are 2.0 and work for the included keyboard and mouse. This PC also supports Bluetooth 4.2. I would recommend using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to get the clutter of the wires out of the way. I had no problems with the Bluetooth connectivity to different devices and it's a nice feature to have at this price point. WiFi also works flawlessly and I have never lost connection. This desktop I would consider more of a general purpose PC that lacks a dedicated GPU and not really powerful enough or upgradable enough to be a serious gaming rig. The design of the tower makes it fairly compact and it would be hard to do something like put a beefier power supply. The PC does have a large 1TB HDD, although not solid state (can't really expect that at this price), and 12GB of RAM, which I found to make multi-tasking work well with multiple windows and programs going on simultaneously. Pages and programs load quickly and it takes quite a bit going on for it to seem strained. Overall, you get what you pay for with this PC. It's not going to wow you with anything it does, but it does several things well enough. I don't think anybody would be looking at this for serious gaming, but you can dabble in some gaming in what would be better described as a good back to school/multi-media PC.

same series of HP Pavilion was with me for 5 years and worked well. So I bought Ryzen and started using it. Geek Squad arranged down loading from old to new computer. Nearly all programs I use are nicely transferred.

Needed to upgrade our home computer after 10 years and this was perfect for what we needed. Light-years faster, with 4x more memory. It's not fancy, but we don't need fancy...just functional and up to date.

This is the fastest computer I have ever owned. Great internal and external USB transfer speeds. Application load time is fast and response times in general are fast.

Can't ask for better in-story help. Needed this one quick and had it bought and set up within a couple of hours. So far working great. New Windows setup sensed everything and I was in business quickly.

i love the size of the hard drive,the speed in booting up,no noise at alllearning how to use the cd.DON'T LIKE THAT THERE IS NO INSTRUCTION BOOKLET WITH IT.I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR NOT TO SUPPLY A BOOKLET

I've had this computer for over a month now and I am happy with it so far. This is the fastest computer I've ever used. I put in Trend security for 6 months and I am quite satisfied with that as well so far.
