I'm really happy with this purchase. I was a little concerned that it was more then I needed, and it is, but it is working out great. Plenty of memory and storage space, has graphic card for people that like to game, and the graphics are nice. Again, it's much more computer than I need but for the price I couldn't be happier.

Its works well. For the hardcores they could pick this apart by saying it has a laptop GPU and CPU. However both the RTX 3050 and AMD Ryzen 7 have great reviews. And still has desktop quality parts such as fans, power cords, built in wireless abilities, and it doesn't run hot. It also has 5 BUILT IN HDMI PORTS for the screens. No adapters needed.

So far the computer works quite well, however, the key board and mouse that came with it does appear to be of a low end quality. Also the usb receiver seperated when I removed it from computer. I have replaced both with a better quality product. Windows 11 does take a lot of study to learn how to use.

Overall a very good computer, fast and reliable. I was not aware that is did not have an optical drive when I purchased it. I still think it is a good computer.

It’s been 10 years since updating my computer, so relearning where everything was has been a challenge. But new computer is fast and color contrast is great. Very satisfied up to this point, never know what happens next.

Bar none, it's the best computer purchase I've ever made. 32GB of memory and 1TB SSD will fulfill my needs for years to come. Best Buy and Geek Squad staff did an outstanding job of easing my limited technology knowledge by answering my questions and providing hands-on tutorials.

Arrived quickly. In use for a month or so now and no major hiccups. The keyboard it came with and the mouse were a little glitchy, so I continue to use the other keyboard and mouse I already had. Computer itself is fine and has everything I needed.

I have been using this Desktop for about three weeks now and it does the job for my Home Office. I am, however, disappointed that there is no CD Drive on this computer.

Open box item, no issues so far, had about 3 wks, transferred files over w/PC Mover. Was upgrade to Windows 11, 1st time with AMD. Happy with purchase. Loads quickly, able to multi-task as needed, only do 1-2 games, looks good so far!

I use this desktop along with my 2 27" monitors for a work from home setup. I love how fast it is, updates are done in a instant. Overall very pleased.

The computer worked well out of the box. My only confusion was how and where to connect the monitor so having better instructions in the Setup Manual would've been helpful. It works fast, starts up fast, and it hasn't given me an issue.

We like it for the most part. The major issue with it is that it won't let you setup unless you agree to have McAfee as the security company for it. It gives you a 30 day "trial", but it doesn't make it easy to find out how to reject their offer.We already have a company that we pay for the service. I don’t need an additional one. I’m not pleased.

good computer works fine has my good things will turn off when not usd aftttter aa certain amount of time

We bought this computer for our Hardware store to be used as our paint mixing computer. This computer had out preformed what I thought it could do.

Salesman and Geek Squad were very helpful. Both took time to answer all of my questions. I would suggest Best Buy to anyone. The HP computer I purchased is good for my needs

Good computer at a low cost. Graphic are good but can be better. But overall worth the price.

just checked missing usb for wireless mouse will have to go back by store

This computer is so much faster than my older HP desktop! I’m still learning about the changes made with Windows 11. The only drawback is the abscence of a DVD drive. I purchased an external drive and it is working well. Many of my previous software programs do not work with Windows 11 but they are very old programs (10+ years old). Overall, I would purchase this model again.

Works well runs quiet. Easy access to usb ports, space saver.

Bought to replace my windows 10 PC. Its small micro atx but lots of extras. Graphics card and plenty of Ram. Just know its not a standard PC you can just modify. I was able to add a dvd drive, extra hard drive space. Wanted higher wattage power supply but does not have standard power supply. HP specific. So far I’m enjoying setting up. I would recommend.
