Appreciate the storage. Not as fast as I had hoped with these specs. Response is sluggish, both within programs and online.

The computer is much fasterthan the previous and no problems so far.

This machine was easy to install and is everything I expected.

purchase was fine and am happy with our new PC. mike in the geek squad was more than helpful, he was informative with us and am very happy with are interactions we had with him. he made setup and operation a breeze.

So far I'm not at all happy with this computer. I'm considering returning it. It takes forever to render videos that my 4-year-old laptop does in half the time. It also seems to glitch a lot when running some programs. Additionally, it has taken up half its memory running the installed program, so the free memory is a lot less that what is promised.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very fast... Would recommend to a friend.

So far so good. It's fast and works good for what I need it for.

Greats desktop computer. For just a few bucks more I went from 16 GB of Memory to 32. Everything is getting bigger and more complex and with AI 32 GB is the way to go.

I have NEVER had this much trouble with a PC before. I don't know if it's W11 or the PC... graphics and audio sometimes gets "jittery" and I have to shut down the program and restart to fix it. A few of my programs refuse to load properly, I get kicked out of programs at least weekly. Wish I had spent more - you get what you pay for... much buyers remorse here.

It turned on and works like a computer can't complain yet.

The desktop was effortless to start up. Once everything was installed, it was extremely fast with loading web pages.

The new computer is great. I would highly recommend it. However the buying experience was anything but. I got so much incorrect and incomplete information from my sales person that it took me hours in the store, on line, and on the phone to get everything straightened out. I'm hoping, at this point , everything is straightened out, but I'm still not sure.

This machine has real problems with its data card. I have had our Comcast lines checked and replaced, new splitters installed, and the speed tested to the modem. The speed dropped precipitously at my machine. It takes up to 35 minutes to download new emails, unacceptable. I have trusted HP in the past, but will consider others in the future.
