When I was setting this desktop up, it gave me an option to upgrade the OS to windows 11. In the box, this desktop comes with a decent wired keyboard and mouse, power cord, instruction manuals, and the desktop itself. This desktop works VERY smoothly, and is lightning fast. When the the desktop is idle, the cpu core temperature is around 35 degrees Celsius, and is around 45 degrees Celsius when doing tasks like using chrome, browsing, and writing emails. This desktop can play games like Minecraft at Fabulous graphics and a render distance of 12 at more than 100 FPS. The ryzen 7 4700g is an amazing APU!

So far, so good. I've been using it for a couple weeks. We were disappointed to notice after purchase that it does not have a display port slot. Geek Squad helped me transfer from my old PC. The only other negative I've noticed so far is that the DVD/CD drive is a bit flimsy. If you want to use it (say for an installation disk), you may need to make sure the "tower" is laying down...it doesn't seem to perform well vertically. Performance wise, it has been good. I use it for business, but I do a LOT of multi-tasking.

I have owned this computer for a couple months now. My experience with it has been mixed. It is definitely faster than my previous HP Pavilion but not in a way that is overwhelming. I specifically chose the Ryzen 7 thinking I was getting one of the best desktop processors on the market and while I can multitask a little more, pics and vids load a little faster, etc... I was surprised to see that the system still hitches, freezes and lags at time. I do not even do any gaming or video editing. I do the most basic stuff like browsing and watching youtube videos. It does its job for the most part. I can run multiple programs at once while browsing and all of my files and folders load very fast. Its responsible but not as snappy as I would have expected. Probably the most impressive thing is that it boots in 10 secs. But lately I have had issues with it freezing. Sometimes ill be streaming a movie and then playing a youtube video and all of a sudden it freezes and the screen goes blank. Or I can be switching files from one folder to another and it hangs for a minute or so with the little blue circle and the not responding message and then unfreezes. For a ryzen 7 4700G with a ssd drive and 16GB i would have expected performance to be a lot sharper and smoother. Especially from someone like me who does not do intensive gaming or editing stuff. I wasnt expecting it to be flawless but I was expecting it to be a significant leap performance wise from my 2013 HP which was nowhere near as powerful and had 4gb of ram. All in all im content with this computer but probably could have saved a couple hundred dollars and just went with a Ryzen 3 or 5.

My boyfriend is IT and he recommended this to me. I loveeeeee it. I use it for trading and I’ve had it for more than 3 years. No complaints.

Great computer for video editing with reasonable pricing if there is no defective issue. Mine has a minor issue and I need higher spec for additional works and games so I decided to exchange a more expensive one but this is a great PC.

Very quiet. Light weight. Fast enough. Minimalist.

Due to installation of Windows 10, 10 yr old HP Pavillion no longer performed as well. After tireless research this PC was probably more than I needed, but couldn't pass on the price even without being on sale. Even my go to guy at Costco said they didn't carry anything that could match the performance of this HP at the same price point. Hopefully it continues.

Came in good time; the dvd drive open was catching initially (rubbing on the top), but seems to be opening ok now. It does take a little longer at start-up than I anticipated, but I don't work with a lot of computers to make a good comparison. Otherwise, working good so far.

Easy to install and set up. Handles photo/video editing well - main reason for computer upgrade.

I dont advise purchasing this pc too many proprietary parts couldnt upgrade to a graphics card without buying an expensive HP PSU which still wouldnt have given me enough wattage to run anything else.

Great price, speed and performance with slots for extra RAM, another hard drive, and a dedicated video card. Another great desktop from HP, and I hope it lasts a long while like my old HP slimline (about 13 years and still going!).

This is a good product, have been a HP family for alot of years. Do appreciate the Tower, but thought it might have a few more things built in. Good product

Great computer games run smoothly and internet is fast

Bought this to replace one I built 10 years ago. Not the same as what I had, but it's OK for my purposes.

Have had no problems with it.using it for my circuit,have done all kinds of project on it. And continue to use it.
