3 months with this HP tower

Mi HP tower was sent to get a diagnostic because it was making noises back part and Best Buy determined that the computer was with issues and it was “repaired” they changed the power connection and now when I use it and I turn it off, it still making the same noise that the first time but this time moderate than before. I don’t want this computer anymore. Best Buy sold it to me in BAD CONDITIONS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
