I purchased this product as my “new” Microsoft 10 pre-installed product. Ha! Windows claims the C drive (all Windows operating system files I was told) is out of storage space! Windows fails to recognize my iPhone XS Max phone photos to download using their photo app. Computer via iTunes claims it has ”never been backed up to the computer”, and when it tries, it says to free up storage space. Despite the fact I attached an external 10TB hard drive and changed the settings to automatically store new content in the external drive. I believe there may be a partition problem. I’m having to buy the elite plus membership to have the Geek Squad come to my house to figure out what exactly is the problem

Lack of a decent audio card. You will not be able to use 7.1 speaker

This is a very good tower. Great functionality and has some room for expansion. If you can get it on sale it is a steal. I recommend.

This is my first venture into desktop gaming, as I have always preferred consoles. This review is based off of pairing this desktop with a HP Freesync LED monitor. Out of the box, the desktop is compact with an attractive brushed style and green LED lighting that matches the HP LED FHD gaming monitor. Even with the compact design HP added enough USB ports to cover multiple peripheral needs. There are multiple USB 2 ports on the back with 1 x USB 2 and 1 x USB 3 on the front. Included in this build is a CD / DVD read / writer, Radeon graphics processor, obligatory SD reader, wireless adapter, and Bluetooth functionality. For set up, it took me approximately 5 minutes to connect power, keyboard, mouse and monitor (options are Displayport or HDMI). Note, the included mouse and keyboard are primitive and not quality, but they will suffice for children or someone who hasn't yet played enough to know what they prefer. Windows 10 is included, and the setup is seamless. I did like that the first setup action was for the desktop to connect to the wireless network. This allowed for the needed updates (and you will need to update) to run in the background while I tweaked settings and finished setup. With updates and settings tweaks, I was up and running in under an hour. As for performance, I find the desktop to boot quickly and Windows / applications open and run smoothly with no lag. In testing with online games, I had no stutter or graphics lag. I was impressed at the ability for the desktop to endure hours of use without getting too hot. My setup isn't optimal for gaming, so this was a concern since I have the desktop tucked away in a desk cove. Overall a great gaming desktop for someone who is just getting started. I find that its compact, powerful, and user friendly. The downside is the included mouse, keyboard are lacking and I'd caution about buying this, thinking that you can upgrade hardware. The desktop being compact reduces the space you have to work with. Neither of these issues were enough to detract from all this package has to offer.

For the purpose I bought it for this is a great setup. This is a very small pc which I like - downside would be future upgrades.
