I play Counter Strike with my friends. Before I got this I was using a macbook Pro. Obviously it was trash and sucked to play on. I got no kills so we kept losing. Consistent bottom frag, silver 2. My friends started to resent me and it hurt my relationships. Then I saw this and got it on black friday for a steal. Now im top frag in csgo and have earned the respect of my friends. My AWP flicks are sick and i get 20+ frags per game. fps is insane. Thanks HP. Thank you for changing my life.

Hello, and I just wanted to clarify someting with most of the PC problems. Most of the bad replies have said that it blanks out or freezes/crashes. Most of these is because the computer in not fully updated from the start or you need to install new software. Not all of the issues are this simple, but the computer has worked fine for me. Hard reset, then download all of the required and updated software to fix most of your problems. Would be best if you hard reset right after you get it so you dont erase any of your information. This purchase was made to replace an HP computer that lasted almost 8 years without any issues. The latter had also an AMD cpu. Granted, Intel chips are better, however the best way to describe it is using the following analogy: Benz, Bmw, Audi are very good cars; but if you want something that last get a Lexus. The Rizen 5 processor is sufficient for most tasks, unless you are a hardcore gamer - then get Alienware (the Rolls Royce of gaming PC's). I still own a HP laptop with I-7 intel chip working good with very minor issues that were solved (frozen screen). I will not touch Dell, Asus, Lenovo, etc... Have owned HP's for almost 15 years. None of them crashed. Take it for a test drive!

My mother got me this when it was my birthday I was really happy, but it didn't gave me the performance I want. If you want to play games like fortnite, gta 5, and warzone on a constant FPS I wouldn't recommended playing on this. First you need to get better ram because this ram is pretty bad. I tried to play warzone with the ram I got, but it was so bad to play on. It goes from 70 FPS to 5 FPS, fortnite in the other hand gave me 120 FPS to 80 FPS which isn't bad as warzone or gta. Gta gave me 80 FPS to 5 which was very annoying. I also remember one day when I was trying to turn on my computer, but it wouldn't boot up. I had to wait 2 weeks for my computer to be fix. Overall it was a decent pc

ok so i bought the pc to play smite and it runs smite decent could run it better.. the power unit is not big enough so i had to upgrade it.. now my big concern with this pc is that it says it comes with a radeon rx 580 gpu (graphics card) but when i opened it to look at it, it was not the radeon rx 580 it looked more like a radeon 550 but with further examination i found out it was just the radeon fan for the gpu and a complete different card entirely i have recently bought the actual radeon rx 580 gpu and it runs better than ever on any game i want to plaly on. i get 120 fps on black ops 4 150 on smite and so on

This is a great pc that will play any game at max settings. This pc has little wiggle room for upgrades. It has a funny shaped custom built mobo and teeny odd shaped PSU There is only 2 ram slots 1 filled 3 sata ports. Of which 2 are filled Zero vents on the case just one in the back Overall great experience with it and zero problems with game ability. Just runs too hot and zero future upgrades.

If you read Best Buy description it says it comes with just M.2 sata SSD not an NVMe SSD as described in the HP Specs. Big difference. Device manager says MZNLN128AHQ-00H1. Which is M+B key. From what ive read NVMe SSDs are M-keyed only?

So I bought this a little over a week ago and I also bought the HP 25x Gaming Monitor as well and TBH, I thought that it would run well on 1080p on games such as Fortnite, Apex etc. Turns out that I was wrong. When I play 1080p on Fortnite, it says that I get 144 FPS, but it actually feels like playing on 30 FPS. I do not know why this happens but I thought that maybe it was because of the power supply (400W) or the CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 2400G) because in my opinion, it is a weak CPU. I tried to switch out the graphics card to seek some better perfomance, but as it turns out, I can’t upgrade this PC because it only supports graphics cards that are single-fanned ONLY. I bought a GeForce RTX 2060 (single-fanned) and tried it out on my computer, but as soon as I did, it gave me a blue screen of death! So I put the AMD Radeon RX 580 back into my computer and it still gave me a blue screen of death after I turned on my computer. So now, I am not able to play any games, nor use my computer for home use. I would definitely not recommend this to a friend. It is also very overpriced for its CPU ($150) and graphics card ($100). The price for this horrible PC should be about $400 based on its performance and specs.

I purchased this gaming PC for my son for Christmas. As soon as we turned the computer on it started freezing up! I then contacted HP for technical support and they had me reinstall the entire operating system to the computer! During that process the computer froze up again! HP clearly stated they would not replace the computer and pawns the problem with their product on Best Buy and suggested that I should call Best Buy to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service that barely speaks English with HP!

So a few months ago, back in January of 2019, I purchased this computer, because this is my first desktop meant for editing videos, playing games, and so forth. But not even a week in, things got messed up... the storage was full, and when I went to play a game (Rainbow six siege) the quality was worse than an office computer.... so after dealing with it for almost a year, I decided to contact HP, at this point I felt scammed... because the PC won't even connect to the monitor... (Yes I tried the same cord on the same monitor, for a computer without wifi... and it worked perfect) so after trying everything... of course nothing would work... I talked to Best Buy and the Geek Squad... they didn't do a thing... I am very upset about this because I can no longer play with my friends through PC, as a christmas gift that was given to me it sucked... and I can't replace it... thanks "Best Buy"

This piece of junk doesn’t run games properly. I had it for almost 3 years and it can’t run any game and never was. I was told it was a perfect PC to play games like Fortnite, apex, and COD. Turns out it doesn’t even run any of those without any issues. Anytime I play Fortnite it lags so hard and freezes on and off. I can only run the games on the lowest quality and it is so hard to see that it is basically unplayable. Wont even recommend to my worst enemy.

Go buy lottery tickets instead. Isn't even capable of playing Mohjong tiles without freezing up. This is suppose to be a gaming pc, my 10 year old office pc is faster.
