I bought this laptop specifically for travel, to access email and the internet. It absolutely fits the bill with a crisp image and is small enough to tote effortlessly. I also leveraged it to stream video via HDMI to an older television. My only complaint is a little more disk space would make it easier to upgrade the OS.

Was in great condition for an Open-Box purchase! Love how compact it is since I’m petite and don’t like lugging around large laptops. Though I keep forgetting it’s a touch screen when picking up my computer, but that feature is even better, in addition to how far back the laptop can fold. Definitely satisfied with what I got for how much I got it.

These little systems have been wonderful for case workers who are out in the field. They are lightweight and boot and run Windows along with MS Office 365 fast fast fast! I wish I could buy 20 at a time. This would be great for someone who wants an extra system to keep on hand or to give a child in school. Under 400 you just cant beat it.

Ideal compact computer for business travel ! Sized slightly larger and a bit heavier than the IPad - however, it is very portable and allows access to computer programs that are not compatible with the IPad (company software). Priced right so that in a couple of years, you will not feel bad when you no longer use it as your companies IT Dept has caught up ! I definitely recommend....

Was a little worried on the smaller 11.5" screen size but right away I'm loving how compact is, and the screen is so high resolution its not an eyestrain in any way. Plenty of processing speed for general use with office 365. Would not recommend for graphic intense gaming. Also enjoying how it can convert to a tablet, this makes it easily a product that can be used at a desk or table, or convert to tablet and go sit in a comfy chair or when crammed into an airplane seat. Only down side see is that the battery can not be replaced by the consumer, if or when that goes bad it will need to be replaced by a professional repair shop. As of owning this so far the battery is lasting over 9 hours daily which is great. Overall great value for the money.

Got this 2 in 1 laptop for my daughter who needs it to practice typing and coding. It is the perfect size for her. The keyboard is comfortable for her, and even though there isn't a mouse, the touchpad seems to work just as well. Worse comes to worse, she is always able to tap on the screen to select what she wants since the laptop has a touch screen. Very happy with the purchase.

Used for school things, like using Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Also used for watching videos, its amazing that it can fold and have it as a tent or a tablet for wherever you are using it at! also being touchscreen is a huge plus for this price point overall would recommend to others , its fast , great on battery and small to carry anywhere

small but works as well as my last bigger laptop. needed something immediately for my granddaughter's on line school, was a little skeptical because of the size, but has worked really well. my last laptop didn't have touchscreen, i am very happy with the price and all around performance, she loves it. would definitely purchase this again.

I always purchased HP laptops. I have bought my older one and my grandbaby one now that they are home school because of the quarantine. I'm looking into buying my youngest one . My is very old,but still working. I love them havent had any problem and very affordable. I love the touch screen and the flip thing... they can use it as pad..

This is a great "very portable" laptop. Bought it 2019 Black Friday at Best Buy. It is a little underpowered; pentium silver, 4GB fixed RAM, 128GB SSD...so I replaced Windows with Linux. Replaced the SSD with 1TB. Now it is my everyday do-it-all laptop!

I got what I really wanted.easilly used in any either just touch the screen or touch the keyboard .its really perfect at home or anywhere you go for it has a perfect size for me.it gives me satisfaction everytime I turn on for research ,music ,movies ,whatever I want to relax..I can say excellent that I choose this one..

I bought this for my daughter so she can have something she can lug around in her school backpack without breaking her back. Everything on the unit is great considering the price. The keyboard doesnt feel cheap, the plastic doesnt bend when pressed on. Even the USB ports are slightly hidden to keep the thin profile. The only let down of this device is the non-replacable RAM. The RAM is soldered to the board and there are no other slots available. After a while, the 4 GB provided will be barely enough to keep you going. I had to return it for something that is upgradable. If you plan to use it for a year for light duty, then the tablet mode, price, size, and weight should good for you. Otherwise, consider moving up to the 14 inch HP with upgardable RAM and a better processor.

Bought the HP- pavilion x 360 as a gift . The person that received it loves it ! Very easy to use sleek and light weight. The touch screen in addition to a key board is a plus. the screen bends backward to stand as a tv , this makes it easy to view vidio comfortably . Great product would highly recommend it!

This is a very nice device that is very light and compact. The touch screen sometimes interferes with normal function because the slightest movement can highlight and “select” text you are not actually interested in and prevent you from using the mouse to select what you DO want to select. For routine tasks it’s fine but for use with apps like constant contact which utilizes lots of graphics it’s not so good. For power point presentations, it can’t be beat because it’s super small and compact and can be carried anywhere with ease

I made this purchase in the black Friday Sale. I was and excellent choice, the laptop was very easy to set up, it has a really compact size very helpful if you're constantly moving, it has s touch screen feature and beautiful display... I'm very happy with my laptop. P. S The interface it's very smooth and I haven't noticed any lag

This is a travel laptop for me. It fits into just about any bag I have, and is light weight. I kept this in tablet mode rather than going into windows. Some people are turned off by the lack of of choices windows app store offers. I don't find this a problem as I get everything I need. Its not for gaming but more for word processing, research, email.

Downside: can't use Firefox or Chrome internet browsers unless you disable the safety settings. Upside: internet explorer seems to have slightly upgraded from the4 last time I used it in 2012. Downside: Keyboard is very small for large amounts of typing. Upside: very portable
