I bought this laptop for my brother who just started college. He needed something that would allow him to do basic school work and also something that would be able to watch movies and other little fun stuff. This was perfect, not too big, not too small, touch screen and folds up like a tablet. The only downside is that it comes with a standard hard drive which would have been better off with an ssd. On the plus side, it is easy to open and upgrade the ram and hard drive.

Wanted to love it...just like it. Starts up fairly quick most times, sometimes takes forever to log in. Battery gets hot quickly, and doesn't hold charge super long. Love the size and weight, touch screen is nice. I'll likely switch to something else soon.

Bought this laptop as a school laptop for my wife. It was at a great price point, cool looking, nice tablet features, etc. Getting it home and booting up, I realized how slow this thing boots...literally 2-3 minutes on a brand new laptop. After booting and installing Office 365, we started to notice a lot of slowdowns in performance, i.e. waiting on letters to appear after typing, programs not responding, etc. The system eventually catches up, but it's annoying on a brand new laptop. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone looking to do anything beyond surfing the net.
It would have been nice had someone in the Computer department cautioned us on installing Office 360 to this laptop, having sold us both. Might have made a different decision on buying.

Pretty good for a learning laptop brought for my son and mother who are not used to typing so the touch screen does helps a lot. It is a bit slow in loading compared to another computers. For some reason when i downloaded stuff it perfereed the d drive so i had to change that setting which was annoying. Because it would be even slower if that drive was full but overall its pretty good.

My family and I purchased this laptop for my dad who is in his 70s for Christmas. It’s small enough for spacing reasons and large enough for him to see the screen. Because it is touchscreen he can simply pinch the screen to enlarge it. GREAT GIFT!

I purchased this for my 78 yr old mother who was looking for a cheap laptop to mainly look at Facebook and read emails. This fit the bill and she liked that could use like a tablet or computer. It is a bit heavy for its size and slow on starting up. But seems to switch from tablet to laptop fairly well.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for school purposes. It works perfectly! The touch screen is a nice feature added to it, the size is very nice to work with. It's great if you wish to use it for personal use or to watch/stream videos too.

My "other" laptop is a behemoth. I keep it at home because it weighs a ton and is too heavy to cart around. This smaller laptop has all the basics to allow me to work and play when I travel. And great price. All good stuff.

Bought this as an upgrade for my daughter. She was upgrading from a 10' tablet. It allows her to fold and use the touch screen as in her tablet, but also type and do her research and book reports. She loves it, I'm a happy dad.

Having bought other HP X360 laptops, I was a bit disappointed in this one. One - the battery life isn't that of others, despite the smaller screen. Two - the touchpad feels misconfigured in that to left-click becomes very difficult. Outside of that, the processor, touchscreen, and hinge-mechanism all work well. It's a solid convertible pc for the money.

If you don't need to have multiple items open while using this computer then you will love it!! It still works with multiple pages open it will slow down but still work just a lot slower than just one page open.

Initially this machine was really slow but after getting rid of all the bloatware, optimizing startup and getting everything updated it became much better. One perplexing step was checking the disk fragmentation it required alot of time for it to be defragmented. Curious how a new machine could spend so much time to defragment

I was not very pleased with this laptop. It seemed so slow compared to my desktop. However,I liked the size and the fact that it is lightweight. I also liked that it could be folded in half to be used as a tablet but I ended up using my tablet mostly instead.
