Brand new and used only 2-3 times and moves slow and blacked out on me earlier today as I used it for electronic paperwork with new job (screen just went all black for a quick minute). I specifically got it to do work, paperwork, etc. I waited to take out box and try out or I would have definitely returned it for a different item. HPs usually do really well for me. Functionality of being lightweight and mobile and the ability to use like a tablet was also a feature that welcomed me to purchase. But……
Was delivered on 8/4 but I waited until around 8/15 to try it out

My chromebook shattered and I last minute ran to Best Buy to get a good budget laptop for the semester. I decided I wanted a regular laptop instead of a chromebook due to less restrictions of what I can use on it. I love this laptop way more, feels like a blessing in disguise that my old one shattered in a way haha.
I have small hands / like reading my text small so personally the 11.6” is a really neat size for me and I find myself using it more.
It’s great for the price, the only downside is the battery is not at great at the chromebook but the touch screen sensitivity makes up for that as this one is way better and less frustrating to type on and use my hands with.
Speed is ok but that msg be my fault because I shut off S mode.

New purchase to replace an old 20 year old Toshba which has served me very well. This H.P. i absolutely love it, compact, fast great display and reasonably priced. Only thing that would improve it is having the keys back lit other than that i love it so far.

$300. That's an excellent computer... Definitely not the best of the fastest, but for the price I don't think you can beat it... I did however get it on sale. I think it's usually $449

This is a nice little machine. The first day I wanted to take it back because it is much smaller than the machines I'm used to, but by the second day I liked it a lot. It is an adjustment with a smaller keyboard, but I have no complaints about the laptop. It's fast, the graphics are great and the speakers are louder than my 17-in HP.

A very good laptop that does any basic task for you. Great battery life. Streaming quality is decent for this small laptop.
The device heats up when downloading anything, which worries me a bit. Nothing too serious in storage space, but it's enough to suit my needs.

Really like this computer so far. One of the things i like the most is the size. I deliberately bought a small 2 in 1 for portability and i am used to using my 10 inch tablet. I have small short fingers so the keyboard is perfect for me, and types very smoothly. I don't need it for a lot of things so the 128g of storage is more than enough. It works for the few things i can't do on my tablet and lets me practice using a windows based product. My only problem is getting used to Windows 11. The last time i used an actual computer it was Windows 10.
