I like how fast it is than my old one year pc and easy to upgrade. Got an open box and it looks like a new pc and it was a good price . The screen is not the best but I will be using a second 4k monitor for editing my videos.
My negative point is that it is windows S mode and you can not use it or install your favorite program but you can change it to windows 10 by creating a free Microsoft account in order to install your favorite programs. Its easy to switch windows.
It uses a 128gb ssd pci hard drive I will upgrade later.

I strictly bought this to run sims 3 and maybe sims 4, nothing else. I have a lot of packs, 7 at best. I did not want to pay for a gaming computer to play one game.
I looked up the specs and this met more than what I need. From Google- 2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent.
1.5 GB RAM.
This is 8 Ram.
And 4.1 ghz.
WARNINGS: If you get it for the sims 3, on start up, do not accept ONE-DRIVE! ABORT! IT'S A DEMON UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY! sims will eat that small memory up! Just let it save on computer.
It runs smoothly otherwise, medium settings and tempted to go up even. I still only run 4 packs at a time. Load time is like a minute or less depending on net.
Outside of that, it does come loaded with a thousand apps so you're good.
Cons: It gets hot when playing. I hear the fan unless i put on a surface where cool air can get under it. Then it's a happy camper.
Pros: fast n simple enough start up. I just wanted to play sims. Sure it can do more since its touch screen.

Great!! It's an amazing computer for work, although it is bad for gaming, because it is slow when you game with it.

First time for the HP and it took a week or so to get it up to where I needed it but from there, it is working well and doing the things I need personally and for teaching on campus.

I’ve originally bought this laptop twice the first time it was great but then it put me back into a mode. I took it to Best Buy and the geek squad could not figure out how to get it out of s mode so he told me to buy a new laptop. So I bought the same one and now it’s out me back in S mode again and I can’t get out of it. I can not download google chrome or any of my work applications. If the geek squad can’t get me out of a mode then who can. Would not recommend this laptop. I now have a barley functional laptop because of a mode won’t let me out. It just says working on it.

I've had the HP-Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop-Intel Corei3 - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD for a week or two now. It's held up to what i've needed it for: work and casual gaming until gaming PC is built. The 128GB SSD can fill up quickly with the amount of storage the system uses, so i recommend an external HD if you plan on downloading games/music/movies as it will ad up quick.
The Good:
It's very lightweight, but not light enough to feel cheap. Responsive and low profile keyboard. Touch screen and tablet modes are nice for lazy browsing. Snappy, compact, and powerful.
Handles basic gaming on steam very easily, Minecraft, Half Life, Team Fortress, and other games that don't need higher end components to play. Fun to play some games in touch screen or with board/mouse.
I work 8-10 hours a day and then spend time on it at night, keeps up just fine and haven't had any problems. Zoom conferences, remote connecting into my work PC, running multiple programs/windows at the same time. Screen resolution is fine, colors are a bit pale but not bad.
The Bad:
Out of the box it comes with Windows 10 in S mode. There are Pros/Cons to S mode that i won't get into here - you can google it. I switched out of S mode (no going back, one time thing) to the standard Windows 10, installed security, and was ready to go - or so i thought.
It crashed, blue screened for about 10 minutes, then recommended re-configuring BIOS and then had to re-install windows altogether. After fooling around with it and completing what i needed to - it was good to go with no problems since. Overall process of about an hour.
The mousepad can feel cheap at times though i rarely use it (wireless mouse and keyboard daily). Once in a while a key will stick for a few seconds. Fan runs a lot, tends to get pretty warm with long use (like anything i suppose). Now sits on a vented platform to help dissipate the heat.
Overall, a great little budget laptop with tablet capabilities. Works as it should, fast, responsive, great for the casual gamer. For the price - you get what you pay for and then some.

I bought this after having an Envy for a couple of years (those are great but it had a run in with my 8year old and bit the dust.) I use it for work, movies, and for casual game play and it is amazing! It is so fast and runs everything I need it to! I have seen others say that it won't run office applications but I haven't had any issues at all straight out of the box! It is so sleek and although it doesn't have a ton of memory, that is an easy fix later if the issues arise. After spending $900 on my last laptop, I was wanting something that was a little more affordable in case the worst case scenario happens again. This checks everything off my list of what I want in a PC. The touch screen and tablet conversion is great and sturdy! The price for what you get can not be beat! Another huge win for HP!!!

Love, love, love! The speed is great, the screen quality is great! I'm a little OCD about the touch screen and fingerprints BUT I love it!!! It was very easy to set up and that is a bonus for me as I am a "little" old school. Great purchase for great price. I also purchased a nice case that makes it great for travel. Worth every penny!

Really good buy for the price. I was looking for something simple that my son could use for school work while at home. I was able to install all necessary upgrades that were needed right out of the box and start using right away. Touch screen is a major plus as he was already used to using a similar product.
The only thing I would’ve done differently was purchase a laptop with a larger hard drive. Once we started downloading needed apps including iTunes, we found ourselves already close to 50% of the total space.
One issue that I found physically with the laptop was that it had a small section on the top left hand corner of the screen that would flicker when the laptop was moved. May have been caused during transportation but it wasn’t enough to convince my son to take it back and exchange it.
I already had a usb-c docking station with all the necessary periphery to turn this laptop into a full desktop experience. The single usb-c made it easy to connect a keyboard, mouse, speakers, external monitor and charge all through one port. Not bad for a product at this price point.

Personally I was disappointed with this product, but for some people it may be perfect.
So overall the speed and efficiency is fantastic, however the s mode is annoying. S mode is a setting that limits you to only download apps from the Microsoft store to ensure that the computer doesn’t get viruses and that it runs and its best possible speed yada yada .
You’re able to take it off , and i did BUT... the next day the laptop did an update and for whatever reason i was unable to take the s mode off again which annoyed me.
So overall if you just want to use this product to casually browse the web and don’t mind only being able to download from the Microsoft store , then it’s great , it’s super fast and the deal was very affordable
But if you need to use other programs i do not recommend...

This is more of a review of the Best Buy product support team (although I really like this HP product). I had recently extended the warranty on this laptop, but it stopped connecting to the internet, seemingly because of what I thought was a hardware problem. I was trying to find a shop that would fix it on 8/3/2023, and ended up talking to Best Buy Agent Biswajit (this was Session ID: CAS-15343664-V9Y8M0), who ended up helping me fix the laptop over the phone (a driver needed to be replaced and reloaded)! It turns out HP will work with Best Buy on warranty support which is great. I am very satisfied with the product and product support. I was supposed to receive a satisfaction survey, but never did (which is why I'm submitting this).

Purchased this on black Friday 2020 for under $400. Very pleased with the price for 11th gen i3, 14 inch touch screen. I preferred more than 128gb storage, but got a good deal with O365 which included 1tb storage on OneDrive. Although I haven’t transferred larger files from older Windows 7 computer to test running multiple applications yet, so far pleased with the speed. I would give this 5 stars, but it’s taking a minute to adjust to the left/right click buttons on the touch pad. They aren't working consistently when clicking close to the edges. I will look at the settings for possible adjustments. The screen resolution is not as sharp, but expected for this price. Overall well pleased so far.

Good price. Really like this computer. Easy to set up and fast. I'm not into the 2 in 1 feature that comes with it. I don't use it. Nice size. Light weight. It's perfect for me.
