I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend's birthday. She is a crafter, focusing on work with yarn and painting. I chose this because it was a relatively inexpensive option with touch and stylus capabilities. Along with photoshop, it's given her a new way to work with patterns before committing to a project. In that area, it's performed admirably and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something inexpensive for a crafty type. It lost a star because it has frozen while running photoshop. It also had some trouble connecting to an old router, so I went ahead and paid for a new router as well. You get what you pay for in terms of stability and optimization.

The HP Pavilion x360 is a versatile laptop and tablet in one device with touchscreen. There are many options and price points depending on storage, ram, processor, etc. I am completely satisfied with mine so far. I chose 8GB RAM and 500 GB HD with the 8th gen Intel core i3 processor. This is sufficient for me, but if you are video editing, gaming, etc, you'll want an upgraded version. For work, school and general internet browing, this is a great option. It also works with capacive touch stylus pens that can be purchased separately. These are great for writing and drawing in tablet mode. Mine has a 14" screen which is the perfect size for me.

My review is after 2 weeks of ownership and like the header says so far so good. For what I got I am really enjoying this lap top. I use it for school and to stream movies and music. It has excelled at all three so far, The speakers are great and the design is fantastic! I bought this one specific so I could watch movies while I travel, something I do a lot, and I can invert and place in the headrest and Boom! my own movie studio!! Anyways the only thing that I am not liking is the start up time which is lengthy, not sure if it is the model or just mine but it takes a few minutes

Did not want a new computer----

but my old one, about 3 years old, began to die and the the battery was beginning to swell. I took it in for repairs and found that would cost as much as a new computer, so VERY reluctantly picked out this new one. I did not like that, even with insurance, transferring my data from old computer would cost me $99!! There are many things that do not transfer and I did lose a lot of things that I would rather have kept!! The computer itself is good and am getting used to it, though missing many things I had saved. Hope this one lasts longer----

my daughter wanted this for college--to put in her bookbag and to take notes in class with the stylus (separate here, but same thing is on amazon with the pen included for the same price as them separately at Best Buy--go figure), like she did in HS. some of the keys are in different places than she is accustomed to, and I would sure miss the numeric key pad, but then she is not an accountant...Seems powerful enough. Nice sharp picture (she has watched Netflix on it...)

So far, I like the computer but am getting used to the different keys, ways to access info, etc.on Windows 10. Seems like it takes longer than expected to boot up, but possible that is my Internet service. Would rather have on/off button at the top of keypad, rather than on the side. Good enough for people who do not do gaming or have lots of applications on the computer.

After uninstalling all the crappy software it improve the laptop performance. I am happy now with the speed and performance. Laptop is very easy to use, very lightweight, easy to convert to tablet. Great HP Product. Cons: The power button is on the left side (is not built in the keyboard ) if you move the computer, you can push the button and power off the computer by mistake.

I was very skeptical of purchasing this laptop due to the previous reviews being a hit or miss, but am pleased with my purchase. I've only had one problem with it so far, and it wasn't due to the computer itself, just a technical issue on my end. It's light and efficient, the battery life lasts longer than I expected, and I'm able to get all my school work done without any problems.

So far, I love the machine. It performs as promised. This is my first 2-in-1, and I'm enjoying the ability to scroll using fingertip to screen. Drawing is also great. If I have any complaint, it's that I'm not sure whether the HP factory software isn't slowing it down. If I knew more about computers, I'd remove it, but I'm afraid I'll delete something essential.

This is a good mid-level computer, for the price the value and ease of use meets our expectations. We provide this computer as part of a business startup package, the processing speed is excellent. The computer is small in size and easy to pack around, yet large enough to allow easy use of Microsoft Excel.

It is a nice size laptop for traveling. I have had trouble being able to stay on line. I am not sure if it is a wifi connection issue or the computer. Will try more wifi companies to see if it changes. I like having a keyboard instead of a tablet, and I like the ability to flip this one into a tablet. Beautiful picture on the screen. Clear and crisp.

my preference was to get a touch screen laptop that has enough storage for daily tasks, taking notes, typing and regular office / powerpoint stuff. I found this very helpful. fast and reliable so far have owned it for about a month. this is still a lower-end laptop in the category of touchscreens . chromebook is too basic and ofcourse does not have the versatility of MS office.

Overall it does the job. The only issue I have is the screen resolution sucks, but I will say it still shows graphics well on specific programs. The touchscreen feature is awesome and the versatility of the 360 feature was a major selling point for me.

I was looking for a laptop/tablet option for my business and of course it lead me to Best Buy. I love that it is lightweight and easy to use and clients can sign right on the screen for anything we need. It is big enough to see details as well. Love the fully flip feature to go from laptop to tablet in one move.

For the money I feel this is one of the better buys in this category of laptops. The size, look, feel and weight are all very good. The keyboard in particular has a great touch to it. So far the battery life has lived up to the specs and the speed and processing of the laptop has exceeded my initial expectations. Well done HP!

I really enjoy the touchscreen feature of this laptop. It also looks like an expensive laptop and is quite light. It is a little slow, but it was not too expensive so I can look past it. I was going to get a MacBook but I could not get myself to spend that kind of money. Overall I think I made a good decision going with this laptop.

Bought this computer to use as a day to day computer on the go at work. Its light, functional and easy to haul around. Transition to tablet mode is a bit clunky for someone used to an iPad, but its nice to be able to write directly on the screen. Windows 10 takes some getting used to as well, but overall a good business machine for everyday.

I bought this laptop in January, used but it's like new. It's faster, better picture for videos and switches to a tablet. The only downside is that it is described as 14 inches but it actually measures 12 inches. Not sure if it's mislabeled or something. But it's still a great deal.

This replaced a two in one Lenovo that was so slow we never wanted to use it. This laptop performs much better. I think it performs fairly for the price point. I actually use this PC unlike the Lenovo. Works well enough to do the families day to day tasks.
