I love my HP laptop. It's the perfect size for on the go use and the features are easy to use. First time using a touch screen but I grew accustomed to it quickly. I also plug in a mouse for somethings I'm working on.

I am extremely pleased with this laptop. It replaced my HP Touchsmart desktop, so I have it hooked into a docking station into a monitor so I still have the feel of a desktop with the mobility of a laptop. The fold back lid is awesome when sitting in the recliner. The battery life is just ok, but I do not put it into energy savings mode so I do not expect to get a full 8 -10 hours of battery life. I also own this same series, but with a 15 inch screen. We bought them one week apart from each other. I prefer the smaller screen for surfing from the recliner. This model also has the back-lit keypad, which the 15 inch screen does not, and this is a big deal when sitting in a dark room. I highly recommend this laptop.

I like everything about it it’s just the fan can get very loud so that’s a downside. Definitely not for gaming. I would say this laptop is more for students or people who will just need to work on it. It’s really fast too.

I purchased this laptop for my son going away to school. It was perfect for the courses he is taking; the size, memory and price made this the best choice. We added the stylist with this so taking notes in class will be easy.

So far it appears this is a perfect computer for someone getting ready to start college. She is thrilled with everything about it. Size. Weight. Speed. Look forward to seeing how it does with consistent use but so far am really impressed.

We got this laptop for my son to use with music editing hardware (and software). We found that the equipment needed an i5 processor because of the analytics of the hardware and software so we moved up from an i3 that we initially purchased; Best Buy made that switch seamless and did a good job of explaining the subtle and not so subtle differences of various choices. I used to be a semi-power users because of data analysis and simulation but this modestly-price laptop exceeds my desktop in power and functionality. Also, my son was surprised and likes the '360' nature of the laptop with when it folds over to look like a tablet, with the touch-screen input.

I've had this laptop for two years now and it has been amazing for school. It's very fast, which is great for having multiple tabs open and switching in between them for projects. Few issues I've noticed is the fan is super loud.

I just got this a couple weeks ago. So far, super easy set up and very fast. Will update again in a month or so. Love the touch screen. Just ordered a Microsoft Surface Pen to do contract signing. I'm hoping this proves to be a great investment!

I was not sure what to purchase because I had not had a computer for at least 12 years and was not up to date with all the new things you can do. I love the size and the looks of it. I like how easy it is to get the help I need without having to get a computer savvy person or pay someone to help me. It was and has been easy for me to get my pictures from my phone on to this computer. I like how fast it charges and how long I can go before charging again. The keyboard is really nice and love how your finger tips just smoothly glide from one key to the next. I thought I was too old to learn but I love how much I am learning its like a whole new world right in my lap and it is great. I would highly recommend this computer to everyone and especially the seniors who think they are too old or who think computers are too complicated. I look forward to learning how to draw next.

I love this laptop as it's lightweight, fast, easy to use and practically set itself up. They have classes and I plan to take them so I can optimize my use of this beautiful machine. No more lugging a heavy laptop thru the airport!

This is a good computer, I do use it heavy with photoshop and light room, with heavy edits it does start lagging pretty badly and the fan will go on but of course photoshop is a very intense program for your computer to use. Built well but the pain does scratch easily

This is the best laptop for me. It has everything i need all in one. Not to heavy and the perfect size touch screen. The price was perfect after shopping around. Was also able to add some other software for work & school.

This HP laptop Is light in weight, solid state hard drive and has a touch screen. The 14" screen size is perfect for the airplanes. Fits perfect on those behind the seat airplane trays, that are for your meal and beverage.

My wife is Taking online classes for her master so it is hard not having a good computer.gladly I went to the store and found this computer, works fast and easy to carry any where. Yes I highly recommend this one

After doing extensive research, I have found this laptop is more expensive than its counterparts. Similar HP laptops offer same design and build for a hundred to a couple hundred dollars less. Per the best buy associate, the design (literally, its look) is what's driving up the cost which is not meaningful. Other than that, the laptop runs nicely and does use quick processer technology. The laptop's specifications are very similar to others, which is most important., so I'd be careful and compare laptops strictly based on that. Design is nice, but not worth driving up price significantly. Another issue I'm having with this laptop is that I cannot find it on the HP website itself to gather more information.

My wife constantly tells me how much she loves this computer and she’s a big user. It’s fast, battery lasts a long time and does all she needs. Very happy with the purchase.

Needing a laptop to upgrade to a windows 10 from my old laptop with windows 7, I decided on this HP since it had the i5 and touch screen and was on sale. I did not have the opportunity to see this model on display at the local Best Buy, however I was shown a similar model and decided I would take a chance and order it online. I am very pleased with the size, weight and set up and the 360 with the touch screen is a definite plus. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade without wanting to spend a fortune.

should of waited for a 500g s/s drive. but works well. very fast compared to other disc reading hard drive and without the noise.

My previous laptop was an ASUS, and although I had been happy with it; it was 6 years old and having issues. I checked at Best Buy to look at different brands and models. They were helpful in narrowing down the choices based on how I used the laptop. I'm not a gamer. I am a pretty basic user. I was thrilled the next week when the HP Pavilion was $100 off, and I've been totally satisfied. It's similar in the way it works to my ASUS, so I'm happy with that. No complaints. Great for the price!!

My grandaughter loves the speed when opening her computer. She also likes the 2 in 1 feature since she has had a problem with hinges in the past. Lightweight.
