I’m using this laptop for work and the touchscreen feature is really nice. I also bought the bamboo pen to use with it. It’s lightweight and easy to transport.

Overall I like the computer, worth the money. It is faster than my older HP and I like that it is a touch screen as well.

Overall this computer is really good. This was a gift to me for college. I love the touch screen capabilities, great for writing out long math problem. The graphics are amazing. Even the battery life is better than I anticipated. However, I have continued issues with the audio and switching between touch screen and keyboard. Occasionally, whenever I try to use the sound, it does not work. After troubleshooting several times it will work, but that's not what you want as a normal for such a high end computer. I also encounter issues when I go from using the bamboo pen to trying to use the keyboard. Certain keys will open up corresponding applications, none of which I wanted. This could be something in my part, but it's a big irritation.

This is my first 360 laptop and it works amazing. The only thing that I would say needs some work is the responsiveness of the finer print scanner. I do love the fact that I can turn it into a tablet, however I rarely use that feature. It is nice to have that option though. The built in key pad light is neat and the screen quality is very crisp. I play some on it while listening to music and having a million tabs open because I never close them and it doesn't run slow or start to lag. Over all I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this as a travel computer and spare when my work computer goes down. It’s been great I have zero complaints so far it runs pretty fast

As a college student I needed something that had fast processing, was light weight, sleek in style, multi functional, and compatible for extensive projects. I also wanted something good for watching videos, drawing, and overall letting me express creativity. With this laptop paired with the Bamboo pen, it has met all of my desires and there isn't much that I can't do with it. I take it everywhere I go. Its a get up and go kind of 2-in-1 that is versatile for all your needs.

After my Toshiba Satellite crashed after the most recent Windows Update, I ventured to Best Buy to buy a replacement computer. I did research via Consumer Reports and Best Buy website. Once entering the store and talking to the salesman, I ended up with a 14" HP. I have only owned Toshiba's in the past but have been very excited with my new purchase. Set up was really easy and this computer is so light! Functionality is great. Looking forward with many more years working on my HP.

Love the touch screen when I'm too lazy for the mouse or forgot to bring it... appreciate the sticky note feature when I'm absent minded or don't need to save. it's light and sleek.... The charge lasts several hours.... Fast download upload... Fun draw and paint type features using toch screen features... Many assist functions when i need help which is often and the geek squad has been there in my hours of technical ignorance as well.. Great product for a non technical old person

I use it with both screen touch and mouse pad. I've been enjoying the speed of down loads and maneuvering the cours

It's great for work, whether doing a presentation or working from an Xcel Workbook! Fast, lightweight and easy !

Really love this PC. It's super fast, has good sound quality, and the backlit keyboard is better than most I've seen. My only complaint is the battery life. The specs says it lasts 9 hours, but that is not the case. I would say more like 3-4 hours, 5 tops. The touch screen can be hard to take notes on at time if you're using it for that kind of thing, but once you get use to the quirks you'll figure out how to use it seamlessly.

What I like most about this computer is that it’s lightweight. It’s also flexible and I love the touchscreen aspect.

This is our third laptop purchase and this size is perfect. Not too small, not too big. This machine does not normally make noise. I have found I hear the fan more than usual only when the machine is doing an update.We use Office 365 with ease on this machine, wiz through bank websites, and payroll websites as well without any slowing down. We use it for employee training as well and my employees have not had any trouble viewing videos or with sound quality.

It has so may features but it doesn’t have so much memory. But it is great for taking it to school and the batery last for hours also
