Great laptop for the money. I got this on sale for around 579 and its cost it usually 799. It is fast enough and meets all my needs;

A decided upgrade from my previous HP of three years ago. This model is very responsive, very immediate. It accommodates all my moderately complex applications with no delay whatsoever. A pleasant surprise is the delightful feel on my fingertips, something that is hard to shop for and very unpredictable. I love the perfect pressure on the keyboard. The screen is beautiful, though a tad small. But I also love the light weight that comes with the small size.

Quality product. The ones who designed this have a good grasp of what its user is looking for a laptop nowadays--computing power, clear and high-resolution screen,lightweight, compact, and a long battery life. There are two drawbacks that stand out though. The first is the screen. It's wobbling. Touch or poink the screen, type harder a bit on the keyboard and the screen wobbles. The second is price. Without the stylus, it's price is a hundred dollars more expensive.

Needed to buy a windows computer for work because my old computer didn’t work. This one is a nice size and fast for a HP.

Did extensive research before deciding on this laptop. Initially I had decided on the Spectre, but decided to give the Pavillion a try. So glad I did! This laptop is fast, has a touch screen and back lit keyboard. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase at half the price I was going to initially pay for the Spectre. Don’t get me wrong, the Spectre is awesome ( my daughter has one), but for what I need, this laptop has everything!!

We bought this for our 15 year old daughter for school. She is in Heaven with it!! She has used it for music and videos as well and seems very pleased with pic quality and volume and sound. She is on Christmas break right now so assignments haven't been completed on here, but she has set up the student office and is thrilled with its accessibility and ease. She loves the tablet feature and the stylus pen as well.

I haven't really utilized all the innumerable features afforded with this laptop but surely plan to in the near future. I purchased to take courses online and stream media to name a few and can't wait to move onto more as I progress in my journey. I haven't been disappointed yet with this product and it's preloaded programs and features that allowed me to jump on in and get going right away!

Bought as a gift for Daughter. SPeedy, solidly built, light and versital. I do not normally buy HP laptops as I have had to repair too many of them for other folks over the years but a close examination of this producet sold me. the construction is state of the art and the common stress areas are better supported than in the past. Perfect size and weight for schlepping around to classes.

I love my new computer..... It is easy to see and very very light. The pictures are so much better than on my other computer. Needless to say the touch screen is awesome because I have gotten so used to using my phone and Ipad touch screens. I do need help with updating/deleting files because I apparently have used all of my data space. I am not happy that I have to pay for Word 365 but that has nothing to do with the computer or BestBuy........

This computer works quickly. It has a swipe screen that I use a lot. I’m glad I chose this one.
