I don’t use a laptop for much beyond internet use, Microsoft Office products, and managing my business. Starts up quickly and the touchscreen is a nice addition.

I got this for my 15 year-old son for Christmas and it's very easy to use. He likes all the fun tech-y stuff like face recognition and the touch screen.

Very happy with this purchase. My last HP lasted about 9 years, so I was very confident in my decision to purchase another HP product. I work from home as well as homeschool my children. We have used this thing like crazy and it's only been about a month. We have found the 2-in-1 feature to be extremely handy for the kids. It's lightweight, sleek and has everything we need. My only con thus far: The battery life could stand to be longer.

So far, so good. Only had for a short time but I like it. Windows 10 is a learning experience but that has nothing to do with the laptop. I am second guessing the wisdom of the touch screen with a 2 year old around but I love it.

This is my first computer purchase. It is lightweight and easy to navigate. The Geek Team got all the programs loaded for me.

I am really loving this laptop. My last laptop purchase was in 2008. Oh my, how laptop technology has changed -- for the better. I did a great deal of research before buying and then took a trip into Best Buy to see and touch before making my final decision. I was torn between this laptop and a the next size up. I'd grown accustomed to a larger monitor. I chose this one in the end for the price and the easy portability. The packaging was minimal and set up was super easy. I had no problem using my older wireless mouse. I don't particularly care for the style of AC adapter (the part that plugs into the laptop). It has a bend in it and I wish it just stuck straight out of the laptop. I haven't really used the tablet features or the stylus and I keep forgetting that it has a touch screen, but when I have accessed those features, they've worked well. The battery life is great! The laptop is lightweight. I love the look and feel of this laptop. Also the keyboard is very nice. It's pretty quiet and very responsive. Overall, I am very pleased with my laptop purchase.

Good Laptop for this price, Its lightweight and has good performance. I bought a Bamboo Ink Pen since its windows ink supported but bamboo pen didn't worked with Photoshop. Except that, its great laptop

This laptop is awesome! Very fast and easy to use. Windows Ink is a very useful feature and you will love it. You get more for your money with this versus a Mac.

The salesman helped me pick out this laptop. It was less expensive than the one I originally intended to buy and has all the capabilities of the other brand. It was a good by.

This laptop is really awesome. I only had two problem with it. First one, the Monitor had a crack, had to get a replacement, second laptop, could hear sound, no picture. Had to get another replacement, this is the 3rd one, it runs great.

Did extensive amount of research before going to Best Buy and choosing a laptop for school. I had narrowed it down to this device and the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive. Each of the brands seemed to be good and I ended up going with the HP (only because they didn't have the Dell in stock). The ability of trying it out for two weeks is what incentivized me to give it a try anyway, overlooking the minor flaw in the keypad and the mousepad. I think that flaw might be subjective to the user though. The other flaw I didn't find out about until getting home to unpack it. Shortly after unpacking it, I realized that the hard drive was 128GB. For someone like me that is always downloading paperwork and other programs for school this surely is not enough for me. I thought that it had the 256GB the Dell had. Surely that was my fault for not paying close attention to that detail. Only having it for a couple of hours, I am able to see the highlights of this computer. There is fast boot up speed. The backlights on the keypad are a plus. Easy set up. I was able to give the speakers a try and they do get the job done. They are louder than I expected. Overall the HP seems to be a good computer, but again the only major issue for me is the storage. If you aren't going to be downloading a lot of programs I would not recommend this laptop. I would either look for a larger hard drive or get a portable hard drive. I will test it out for now and give an updated review.

I am learning new things on this laptop everyday. It is quick and I have had no glitches whatsoever. I am a relative computer novice. I dont use it for gaming. It is mostly for business bookwork. It connects easily with my Wi-fi and with my printer as well. Would definately recommend this laptop, It was a great price as well in my opinion.

Loving my new computer! It is powerful but also lightweight. Foldable as well so it can act like a tablet. No issues so far!

Quick, good touch screen, great laptop for the price

Purchased this laptop on sale which was cheaper and offered more than the HP website. It is fast, the display is crisp, has a nice feel. The 128g ssd is a bit of a disapointment but actualy is all I need for its purpose. It feels a bit delicate when flipping it to tablet mode but that falls true for all brands I looked at. Touchscreen is an nice feature--one I did not value much untill now.

Great computer for the money. Lightweight and small, great for college students.

After returning a frustrating and defective Asus, the HP pavillion is night and day. I gave the Asus a chance after a month or so and kept a report going w geek squad of my complaints. The manager at the Holyoke, MA provided superb customer service and allowed me to return the Asus for the HP. The HP is smooth as it comes and doesnt have any issues. Great service and laptop all around!

This machine is fairly fast which is important to me and the price is reasonable. I use it primarily for email, internet, and home office work. As I am not real savvy with computers it would be nice if there was an operating manual, but I guess that is a thing of the past .... Nice machine at a decent price.
