So far its been a great computer with no issues. Im a average user so I don't require much. Just for the computer to do what its made to do. And right now I love this one , and its hard for me to get off the darn thang. I highly recommend this one . and it has good specs .

Excellent computer for a teen or adult. Performance continues to be very good, especially during remote school. Battery life is good and plenty of memory and hard drive space. Screen is a good size and overall the laptop can be taken anywhere easily.

Bought this for my daughter on "Black Friday"week at Best Buy. Wanted a touch screen for my 11 year old artist daughter to draw on and this one fit the bill. She loves it. It's very powerful for what she needs and it's small and lightweight enough that she can carry it with ease.

We bought this the week prior to Thanksgiving and took advantage of the early Black Friday Sale. It's been a great device so far and we have only good things to say including the flexibility of touchscreen or keyboard touch, the fingerprint security feature and the new color!

We needed to get y daughter a new coputer. She is so happy with this computer, size, nice look ease of use, so light! it is perfect, and works well. We love the back lit keyboard too. no complaints, If i had to replace mine, I would buy another one for myself

I love my laptop. I love how lightweight it is for me. The processor is fast and good. It fell on me three times and it only chipped the corner and bent a little in the USB port. It did start glitching out on me due to the falls. I loved it though.

We had several issues with this pc when we first bought it, such as WiFi disconnecting and not being able to reconnect until a reboot. However, HP did correct the issues after it being returned for repair (At no charge).....twice. It is now performing as expected. The battery life is not as good as advertised.

Bought my daughter a laptop I thought she’d like, but instead she wanted to exchange it for this one. So glad I let her. She absolutely loves it! She’s 14 and does so much on it and loves that it can even turn into a tablet if she decides to use it that way.

Great laptop for casual use. I use it primarily for emails, social media, work, and general browsing. It’s got good battery life and a very clear display as long as you are not outside when it’s bright. The touch screen is also a nice feature and it’s very responsive.

I like everything about this desktop except the wireless keyboard and mouse. I have had to change the batteries so many times in the relatively short time I have owned it. I had a Dell before this and the batteries lasted a lot longer. Also, not happy with HP service dept. Average service at best.

I am loving this laptop, so far. The start-up speed is fantastic! It turns on instantly. The touch screen is great. I use it for the internet, Word and Excel files primarily and it works great. Does get warm quick, so I do recommend buying a laptop fan.

Love this laptop. It is GORGEOUS to begin with and very slim and lightweight while still being durable enough and large enough that im not terrified to break it or anything. It is fast and has everything i need. Easy to use. Love it. So happy i got it.

I was so uneasy about what I wanted to purchase. I had been in the store about 3 times, which isn't much, but for almost 5 hours each day. Just looking around, thinking of what I needed and wanted. I broke down and asked for help. Smartest thing I can recommend. These guys don't make you feel like they are trying to sell you something just to get paid, they actually listen to you and when you tell them what you want they will be real with you about it. Well they found something in my pay range that has everything (function) that I needed plus more. Thank you BB!

I use this about 15 hours a day on average and I have had very minor issues. It is able to handle a sufficient amount of tasks at once but it will overheat if overused. It is sleek and lightweight. The thing I hate most about it is that the power button is on the side and I keep accidentally pressing it.

I ordered this laptop so I could log in to our cloud server from home during the COVID19 pandemic. This laptop is perfect for what I need to work remotely and the touch screen is an added bonus! I would definitely buy this laptop again.

I have been using this for almost 2 years now and I am pretty happy with the laptop. 1. Startup is lightening quick. 2. Display is very good 3. Touch screen works like a charm 4. No performance issues with any software used. There are a few reasons though which took out the 5 star rating and made it 4 star: 1. Battery: Battery life has been just ok. In addition, it was a shock when I got a message in January this year on startup stating too cold for the battery, please plug in! Not sure if its standard or if anyone else faced it - I didn't get this message again 2. Speakers are not that great 3. The power button on the side is a pain and gets accidentally pressed while moving the laptop Having said that, except for the battery warning issue, none of the others are deal breakers for me. It works very well for my needs and for the price I paid.

I bought this for my daughter last year for Christmas. She loves everything about it!!!! It’s a really good laptop that will accommodate all of your needs. The backlit keyboard is a bonus so you can work in the dark if needed.

This has everything I need and more! It's fast as well as asthically pleasing. The markings on the keyboard are nice and large so it suits my aging eyes. The keyboard can light up which is also a plus. All around a happy customer!

The HP Pav x360 2-in-1 14" touchscreen is a great laptop. Very fast with the i5 processor, 8GB Memory & SSD. I will only buy computers with SSD from now on. This computer had all the features we needed and was a bonus with it being on sale.
