Great and very fast computer. Got it on sales so the deal was amazing. The touch screen works perfectly. Not heavy at all. Perfect size! And the SSD makes is so so fast. I love it!

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves the touch screen and the speed of the laptop. No complaints. Especially for the price that I purchased it at $499!

So this is a beautiful laptop. I like the way it feels , the gold cover and its performance. However the fan keeps running and it warms up the very fast time. The fan keeps running in Windows 10. I upgraded the hardware software from HP and it still run. Its normal for the fan to run the first 20min, or if you have too many application or a process intensive app. however this was just up. My update included latest BIOS software. That too did not work. I need to return it because the heat will shorten the lifespan of this laptop from my experience. I even placed it in a cool table and made sure vents are clean and up. Of course they are , its a new laptopo

Bought this computer when I found out I would be working from home. It has been an excellent investment. Fast, lightweight, touchscreen, does everything I need and then some.

This computer does everything I need it to do being a Real Estate Agent. It took me a little bit to get use to the touch screen, but I am figuring it out. Everything loads super fast on this computer and I saved some money going with the i5 instead of the i7 and do not regret that decision. I have had an i7 previously and I really do not see any difference.

Been looking awhile for a good laptop. Found this one when Best Buy had the special member days back in November. Haven't used every day, but has been great, steady performance each time I've used it. The only thing I didn't like is that when it is off, stored in my bag, the battery runs down...didn't realize it did that, but otherwise great purchase.

I like this laptop, I bought it exclusively for college and it works great for that. I love that it has the ability of turning into a tablet and i love that it it a touchscreen, it makes taking notes in class easier for me. The only thing that I really wish it had was a back-lit keyboard so that I could see the keys when doing homework late at night in the dark. When i bought it, the person that was helping me told me that it had that function and then when I got it home I was a bit disappointed to find that it didnt have that. Regardless, it is still a verygood labtop with a lot of speed and memory storage.

This little tablet/laptop is a great bargain. It's powerful, flexible, and portable. The price was the best I've seen in all the research I've done. We would not have found this deal if we hadn't visited the Best Buy store. My wife insisted we do that, because the laptop was for her and she likes to feel the responsiveness of the keyboard before she decides. She's used it for several weeks now, and it's continues to exceed our expectations.

This a great laptop with a great price tag. It is lightweight and works perfectly. The computer is fast and keeps up with my day to day multi tasking of applications while running multiple web browsers. Everything loads very fast . The computer runs almost silent and the battery lasts a long time. I travel a lot and this computer is perfect for me to throw in my purse, backpack or travel bag. I love the high end look of it. Definitely a great purchase.

I've owned this labtop for roughly six months now, and I'd say it was worth the hefty price with how well it runs, the amount of games I can install on it, and it's speed. However one issue is it's a little prone to overheating on hot days, specifically it's processor gets pretty hot and it's done emergency shut downs a few times on me because of this (note this only happened in a house with no AC & I didn't have my lapdesk). So if you buy this product, I'd recommend you buy a good labtop fan to prop it on when in use or a well ventilated lap-desk.

This laptop replaced my previous HP x360 pavilion purchased about 2 to 3 years ago. It is pretty fast and compatible with handling the basic programs I need for my classes without it slowing down. I also love the fingerprint feature. I loved it when it first came out on phones. The backlit keyboard is definitely a plus. I do not have many complaints other than it doesn't seem as loud as the previous x360. However, additional products can rectify that.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He's enjoyed it so far, though he'd rather the battery lasted longer than six hours. The machine is fast. It starts up quickly. It's very small. I have a 13" HP Spectre that's about 4 years old, and this has the same dimensions, so the screen is the same size, but the edges around the screen are smaller. This laptop is also a bit lighter than my older Spectre. All-in-all, this was a great purchase.

I bought this to replace my 10yr old HP laptop. I've had good luck with my last 2 HP's so partially went with this for that reason but it also seemed to be the best value of in this range of laptops. Its fast, lightweight, has a pretty good screen, a solid build and keyboard that doesn't feel cheap at all like some laptops, and so far has been very reliable. It's not my favorite color but thats a minor detail.

I am a teacher and during this pandemic, I needed a laptop that was more teacher friendly. The touch screen helped me teach interactive lesson to my students. In the first week of having this laptop, it was giving me problems like not being able to set up Cortana and I couldn't find my home screen. Now I am not having any problems at all. Other people always complain about how loud the fan is. Yes, it does get louder at some points but it's not loud to the point where it's distracting. Overall this is a good buy.

Was eyeing this for some time. It was on sale for $599.99 (regular 799.99) this was a great sale! Bought it for my mom so that she can use while completing her MBA. She’s loved it so far and it’s a great size. Easy to move around. She’s not a big gamer so I can speak on it’s performance there but if you’re using it for school/work, Microsoft office, light internet browsing and emailing, it’s great!

Decent laptop by HP that doesn’t really break the bank. Got it for my wife since her last laptop was a 10 year old brick. Power button and fan exhaust on the side is nice design. The physical build is also pretty good. The keyboard is average and the trackpad is below average (it kind of moves around a bit without clicking, very annoying to me but not my wife). Speed and screen are good, just as advertised. Overall a good budget buy and even better if on sale.

Given the price point and size this is about as close to perfect as there is. I bought an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro as I need remote desktop sessions to other machines. Screen and battery life exceeded my expectations. Lighted keyboard (2 levels) is certainly another plus. Touchpad and fingerprint login work perfectly. Awesome little unit for the money and a great surprise in overall performance.

This laptop is small and thin and very fast at start up and switching through programs. I use this basically for iTunes, and filling out my PDFs. Don’t hear much of the fan as I’ve read in other reviews but will update if anything changes.! At the moment I’m super happy and satisfied with my purchase.!!!!

Simple computer and easy to use. I've had this product for a month. Fast. Loving the touch screen. The monitor can fold back so I can watch a movie if I wanted to. I am no computer expert but this computer is very user friendly. Four stars is for battery life - I need to recharge it every day if I'm using it consistently for more than 6-7 hours it seems, more often if I'm using it heavily. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
