It has all the features I was looking for and was on sale for a good price. Very fast and allows me to work from any location. Wish it had more memory, but it works for now.

I went back to the HP laptop I already had the printer. This laptop in light in weight, love the backlight on keyboard. Has touch screen but I keep forgetting it has that.

for $500 this another piece of gem from HP, you get i5 10th gen and 256 SSD with is such a great deal, and looks premium for the touch screen and 360 rotating.

Perfect laptop for writing papers and other basic functions for school, this is it. Love the touch screen. It will definitely do the job with out all the pricey extras.

Reasonably-priced laptop that does what I need it to do. Fine for regular MS Office apps, good for web browsing. Fan runs a bit loud at times. Good screen size, graphics chip able to easily power a second monitor.

This is my daughters school laptop. She is very pleased with the speed while running several programs. Great design, lightweight and very happy with the SDD.

Excellent Laptop, touch screen, can do just about anything with this computer, and the only problem I would say the charge doesn't last very long before I have to plug it back in again.

I chose this laptop for a few specific reasons. It's 14 in screen. It has ports I need. It is upgradable. I keep it docked and it powers two 4k monitors quite well. I don't game or do anything too resourse intensive. I'll occasionally edit a video. It does great for all of that. I added 16GB of RAM and added 500GB SSD. The downside is the screen has pretty bad light bleed on all the edges. I don't mind because it's primarily docked. The most annoying negative is the fan noise. There fan runs constantly, whether docked or not, even idling it's loud. I may have a bad one, I don't know. I don't mind much when it's docked in my office but if I'm in bed or elsewhere and near my wife's quiet laptop, I feel it's even louder.

Got this to replace an older, slower laptop. Perfect size, was able to tie together with my main monitor, speeds seem great. I like the fingerprint signon.

This little laptop has plenty of speed and works well for a person use to a iphone that is touchscreen. You can touch or type It does everything just great.

The screen is super bright and clear, but the keyboard is hard to read. Maybe they expect us to do our typing in tablet mode. Love the touchscreen, but still need a mouse. The touchpad is difficult to manoeuvre. The power button is in a bad spot and function keys are upside down. They don't work with my Microsoft software without using two hands. It is impossible to network with my older laptop. Geek Squad couldn't even help. Will have to pay another service to get my home network up and running again. Not really happy, but I suppose in a few months I'll get used to it. It is a nice sturdy machine. Hopefully it will last as long as the last one which is still operating after 11 years of almost daily use.

Bought this laptop for myself. Very simple, easy to use and it's very light. Happy about the extra features such as backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader.

The computer runs fast. the touchscreen is really good. i got this for school but i also use for work. it works great with outlook and other software.

This was purchased for work and it has exceeded expectations. It is fast and works smoothly. The fan can be loud but it has the bells and whistles.

I absolutely am loving this laptop. Bought it to replace my older, much larger screen HP laptop that had become too clunky for me to use. This one is the perfect size...not too big and not too small. LOVE the fact that it is a touchscreen and can be used as a tablet also (although I haven't even tried that yet). I love that it starts up SO fast and is ready to go within about 30 seconds of me turning it on (from a full shutdown). I also love the color! Super sleek and attractive looking too. Definitely a great laptop for a very reasonable and affordable price.

Our second HP laptop this year; my wife loves it, the size is perfect for her and it is plenty fast for her needs; we trust HP

I purchased this laptop because my other laptop was becoming slower. I wasn't sure about having a smaller laptop, but after the first day, I realized that it was perfect for me. I have more space on my desk because of the size of this laptop. I also appreciate not having to plug-in my writing pad since this laptop is a touchscreen. I am to help my students solve equations by writing on the screen. I am not a tech person, but I think this laptop was a good buy, especially if you're using it for several hours throughout the day.

Daughter needed a new laptop and after hours of looking and discussing she chose this one based on price, reviews and performance.
