This HP laptop is portable, stylish and provides good performance. Keyboard and touch screen both really nice. Good product for the price.

Very fast computer that boots up within seconds and is perfect for web browsing and just day to day tasks. Touch screen is helpful and responsive. Screen is bright and has a nice aesthetic. It is good for playing non graphically intensive games such as old school runescape, but I tried playing rocket league on it and it performs significantly worse than on ps4, which is understandable.

The computer is fast and has plenty of space. The key board lighting up is especially great.

Love the new HP2 in 1 laptop With touch screen. The only complaint I have is the battery life. If I use it daily I charge it daily.

So far i have had the laptop, i haven’t had any issues. My main uses are kids online school, browsing, word, photoshop, and programs from work, so i can work from home. I haven’t had any issues With power, speakers, speed or anything. When i bought it, i never realized that it flipped to a tablet and was bendable until my 14 yr old showed. I nearly had a heart attack! Lol Pretty nice laptop.

Light weight, nice size and good key placement and function. Keyboard backlight works great. Fast processor and uses cooling fan quite a bit. Only 2 USB ports but has the new USB-C port which is a nice addition. Overall a really nice unit right out of the box.

Bought this laptop because I needed one at home wanted to do some gaming (GTA V with mods in particular) and it handled the game extremely well. The 8gb of RAM and Intel UHD graphics card performed extremely well. I did have to reduce the graphics but it ran at around 25-30FPS more than enough for me as I'm not a true "gamer." It boots up in like 5 seconds and there's no lag whatsoever. I've installed some more simulation games and again, no issues. The tablet mode is so cool, I was able to use it for NYE and basically DJ the party. The only drawbacks to this laptop is the 256gb hard drive and that's really because GTA V was like 100+ gb itself and the lack of an included stylus. The HP stylus I saw for this was like $50 and I'm aware of an external hard drive to increase memory.

This was a great Black Friday doorbuster! Feels like a $700 computer and was only $500 during Black Friday. Good full-HD screen, keyboard is responsive and smooth. Speakers are decent for a lappie and touchpad is a little mushy but for the price, it's a good system.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it! She wanted a computer but really liked the idea of a combination of computer and tablet. It's great! Thought that the new i5 might not be as fast as my older computer (which is an HP with i7 processor) but I was wrong. The combination of the i5 (10th generation) processor, with 16GB Optane and the SSD drive make it really fast. She loves the touchscreen too.

From the moment I received the computer I fell in love . The set up was extremely easy and the color and touchscreen is probably the best part. I don’t like how fast the battery dies but if you keep it on powersaving mode you can get longer use out of it. I highly recommend this computer for college students!

The laptop is not very heavy The touch response is good. Loading speed is great.

I have been using this for about 1 month now and am still very happy with my purchase. ( Even happier that I got it when it was on sale). The SSD boots up and down quickly. the Gen 10 i5 chip seems up to the tasks I use it for (I am not a gamer so probably not appropriate for that application) Key board is solid and responsive. It never gets too warm WiFi has been fine. I don't use the pen & tablet mode as much as I thought I would but still nice to have the flexability.

We bought this laptop mainly just for Remote Desktop, email and internet browsing while we are away on vacation for a month and a half. So far it’s been doing its job, I check it remotely almost every other day and it’s been solid and stable. Also love the other features like touchscreen, etc.

I like everything about the laptop. The back-lit keyboard is nice for searching late at night when you have trouble sleeping during COVID19 or a sleepless night. It has operated flawlessly. The one thing I do wish it had is a number keypad. The camera has really come in handy during social distancing. We can use it to get together with friends and for work when needed. The camera has a filter that blocks what's going on behind you in the room. That is usful if your background is your dirty kitchen counter or clothes filled laundry room. It also has a few other neat features. The operating system is a pain in the neck after coming from Explorer 7 Pro. I just know how it works better and find it easier to navigate.

I have used HP laptops for years so there is not a huge learning curve. My computer needs are basic...e-mail, surfing the net, using Word and Excel. Therefore this laptop seems perfect for me. My son is a computer programmer and thinks I might have been better off with twice the 8GB memory and 256GB SSD...let's hope not!

Great condition used. Lower battery life than expected but very fast PC!
