Love it and glad I chose HP. Nice and light and quick start up. Bought to replace a Lenova which is a nightmare to boot up!

The laptop has been great for personal use, it's an upgrade to my 6yr old laptop, and boy it runs super fast. I would recommend it for personal use.

4 stars because the only speakers are on the front. When folded back to a “tablet” it has to be positioned or held right so that you can still hear the sound.

Got this computer for school and it works great!! I flip the keyboard and use it as a tablet all the time to do my school work!

Much better computer than the Dell I purchased. Microphone worked well with Zoom and Teams unlike the Dell I owned. More pricey than the Dell though

I did not buy this laptop, I brought it in for the Geek Squad to check it out as it had become very slow. They removed almost everything, restored it back to factory settings, replaced the HD with a 512 GB SSD and installed some software. I'm really not using it much except to do a little learning of Win 10 as I still prefer my old laptop with Win 7 and a docking station. They ask me if I'd recommend this to a friend and I would as far as the Geek squad but the juries out on the laptop.

Perfect sized laptop. It also starts up right away and there is no delay starting any applications. One issue I have had is it won’t download my photos from my iPhone.

This lap top is super light and a perfect size to transport. I love that the bottom of the laptop has magnets helping it stick to my computer mat.

Bought this for my wife after her last laptop died, she loves the touch-screen and tablet mode, but we paid for those features. Wish it had a number pad and more HD space.

I bought this from Best Buy sight unseen. I did have to call once because of my lack of knowledge in IT. This computer is fantastic and I love it.

It's alright for light coding and video watching. Runs slightly hot under pressure. But overall great value.

I have great time using the unit for its efficiency in functionality. It is very light and easy to carry in my back pack. So far I get my money's worth.

Everything about this laptop is efficient and easy to use. The lighted keyboard is the best. The one complaint I might have is that it heats up during use.

I needed a new laptop and this one does what I need it to. I bought the smaller screen because I have monitors at home I can connect to it.

I bought this computer for my wife like a learning tool. It was easy to use, fast respond on the internet and very good for the money value.
