I'm glad alot of people are enjoying this laptop- maybe mine was just special. It has great processing speed (which I love) and almost everything about is amazing. However, just two weeks after receiving it, it gave me trouble turn on. It took about 2 hours to get it to turn on. I was panicking, but apparently I didn't panic enough since you can't return it after 15 days (which is completely different from what HP told.me about the warranty). It happened again last month- I could not turn it on. I had simply closed the laptop for a few minutes (it was fully charged) and it turned itself off. But this time, it took me longer to get it to come back on. From this point, I got anxiety every time the screen turned black. It happened a few more times after that and now today it simply won't turn on. I called HP tech support and when they ran out of options, they simply said that the warranty should still be in effect (since i only had it for 3 months) and i should bring it back to the store i bought it from (I told them it was from Best Buy) to exchange it. I reached out to the "Geek Squad", and came to find out that guarantee of return expires after only 15 DAYS! They said that the earliest available time to come in for someone to check on it is basically at the end of the month. I need a computer now! So now i have to buy another computer after i just wasted $600 on this trash. Way to go.

My sister purchased this laptop. Very nice it’s a two in one she can also use it like a tablet. Good quality, nice sound good size.

I love it and my daughter love it to. Get the job done and my daughter completed all her task work on it thanks for selling me a good product.

I use this laptop for school work and its great! It works with all the software I need for school! I am very satisfied with this laptop.

It's good, other than the fact that my laptop seems to have trouble with bluetooth devices sometimes. Otherwise, it does everything I need it to do.
