Hardware issues

Geek squad said it was a hardware issue. They didn’t have anymore in stock and I bought on sale. After returning I had to buy a different laptop that was about 400 more because it was not on sale like the previous laptop. It was good for the two days I had it other than I was unable to get on the internet...so, I could not use it.
