Love the features especially touchscreen but it overheats quickly Also like the fingerprint login

Backlit keyboard is great. Lightweight, easy to transport. Upgrade in all aspects from my last laptop! Fits my needs perfectly.

I love HP products!! The sales man that helped me had so knowledge to share with me that made my choice easy to make! The Pavilion thus far has been a smooth process from my Spectra. The speed i have while having several windows open at once for work is great and leaves me with little to know stress that it will not meet the needs I require for my work. I think I will enjoy this for some time. I appreciate Best Buy and the support and time I was given to make the best choice for my needs!

Although the first computer I bought wouldn't charge when plugged in, I visited the Geeks at Best Buy and they got me another computer (the same model) ~ It works So well! I just need to pay my bills, take care of household records and surf the net...You know, what every retiree does. I will most likely never have to buy another computer. This HP is lightweight, fast and very easy to use. I Love it! Thank you, Best Buy!!

This little laptop is a powerhouse of technology. It’s so worth it to pay extra for the PC vs the chrome book. My daughter has had this same computer with 2019’s operating system and has loved it. I needed one for myself so I bought this one with the new 2020 operating system. I debated between this and the hp chromebook x360 and so glad I went with this. Best Buy’s price was competitive as well. The exact same computer sells at a well known warehouse store for $100 more right now. You won’t regret your purchase

first things first... its gold... its not too bold it just a soft gold and i love it. it makes the computer look so luxurious and expensive. i dont have any complaints at all except i wish i had of gotten a bigger screen so that i had a numeric keypad as well. i just purchased a wireless keypad and that works just fine. listen if you need a computer that is easy to use, reliable, fast and wont break the bank too much this is the way to go. plus the touch screen works great and its a 2 -in 1 so you can fold the screen back... a+

Pros: The laptop runs pretty fast.Its very sleek and lightweight. It also has does have a back lit keyboard for those who mentioned there was not a back lit keyboard "f10" Cons: The laptop overheats fairly quick and the fan makes a loud whistling noise. Screen blacked out on me on and off for about 2 minutes the second day after I purchased this laptop. Due to that issue I plan on returning the laptop. Have not had laptop long enough to say if i would recommend it or not.

Here’s my 2 year review- honestly the best computer I’ve ever bought. I use it mainly for school, perfect amount of RAM. Would recommend 10/10

Built well, hinges are sturdy, back lit keyboard that can be on or off, fast, windows is outstanding and windows edge browser is great

i haven't had a chance to completely explore all the possibilities but so far I love the laptop. Glad that I bought it. Fast and was able to transfer everything from my old laptop to the new one in one click. One thing I don't like and immediately disabled is the voice activation and Alexa. Have no need for this feature.

This is the best computer I've ever owned. Its fast and easy to navigate, and the backlit keyboard is great in low light situations.

I recently purchased and am very pleased. Once I logged into my Windows account it synced seamlessly with all of my websites and passwords. It runs quickly and is perfect for work. It's actually bigger than I expected when I ordered which is a pleasant surprise. The touchscreen is a great feature. The sound is really nice and I can pair with my AirPods for the endless Zoom meetings which helps to block background noise. It also looks really pretty since it's a soft gold which I've never seen before on a laptop.

Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, I bought this laptop for my brother to start 10th grade online. He uses mostly uses it for Microsoft teams and Canvas. So far, it works very well for low-demanding functions. It’s the perfect size for a student who might want to carry it in their backpack. Hopefully this will last him through college. We only gave it 5 stars because we bought it brand new on sale for $530. If we bought it full price, maybe 4 stars because the camera is 720 and the battery life is short.
