This laptop is amazing! I had a core i3 before which was three or four years old. It was an HP Pavillion and I loved it so much so when it was about to break the fact this one went down in price was perfect! It runs so much better and the touch screen is more sensitive. I like that the look of it is boxier and the corners aren't rounded. The download speed is incredible I can get all my pictures off my phone in 2 minutes!

This is a nice computer. I especially like the backlit keys, and the feel of the keyboard when typing. I have to get used to the placement of the keys on the far right side (Home, Page Up, Page Down, End) because I keep accidentally hitting them since a keyboard on another computer has those keys on top. The battery life isn't quite as long as I expected, especially if I use Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Overall, I would buy this again.

A friend of mine recommended this laptop because he got one for his son who also loved it. It is very light weight I can keep it in my tote bag and take with me when I travel. Love the phone app that is on it...I can answer my phone and text messages from my laptop. Battery life is life 50/50 if you doing a lot of work using it often it does drain the battery faster. I am very happy that I brought this laptop.

I would rate this a 5 star laptop but I took one star off for price -- it's at least $100 cheaper everywhere. My old laptop crashed in the middle of a time sensitive course for a job. There was no time to shop around online. The problem is, with children doing home schooling, finding a laptop in a store is almost impossible. Still, it's light and pretty fast for what I need it for. I'm happy with it and hope it last the same 13 years that my Sony did.

It was doing great for 4 weeks until a week after the 30 days return period lapsed, the laptop wouldn’t power up. Contacted HP support and they said it’s the screen that is not working as it should after several diagnostic measures were performed over the phone. Now the laptop is at HP’s service center. Product performance- 5 stars A great machine when it works, very fast and responsive, great resolution and colors, no lags on Google meet, quick easy setup. We love it and hope they’re able to resolve the problem. Aesthetic- 5 stars Product quality- 3 stars HP support on the phone - 4 stars You need at least an hour or two to work through the diagnostics with a professional technician on the phone or chat. The team is professional and knows what they are doing, I got my daughter to talk to them so if time is a valuable factor to you, it’s not going to be a 4 stars experience. HP product service team - 4 stars Provides update through email when they cannot fix the issue by the date they initially stated. I’m empathetic in this aspect as the problem may seem more than what was determined over the phone. Take a star off for the inconvenience that I have to deal with and the time lost in going back to my old, slow, functioning for 8 years without an issue non HP laptop ;)

And fast. Easy set up and love the touch screen. Very pleased.

I had read the comments on this laptop before buying. I am glad I did buy it. The fingerprint reader works every time for me. It never gets hot even after 6 hours of streaming music non stop. It does charge slower than other laptops I've had. The battery is about as long as you'd expect for a 3 cell. Roughly 4 hours streaming music from Spotify. I do like this laptop alot and I do recommend it to anyone.

I bought this HP for my son since he will likely be doing school online again this next school year. I'm very impressed with all the features for the price. The fact that it was offered in the Student deals was so great. So glad I caught this deal and it was in stock. I think if I would've held off for a bit I would have missed it. The computer itself is awesome. Very fast and the screen picture is sharp and shows really well.

Very solid computer. Nice to be able to have standard laptop but also use as a tablet. Very fast too.

Fast and easy to use. The fan is a little bit noisy, but other than that it is a perfect laptop.

I am starting the nursing program fall 2020, our semester is 100% online. Needed a lab top for my eBooks, currently have a desk top. Very great computer thus far. Recommend this for any student, from grade school to college. Love the option for tablet use and touch screen. Highly recommended, looking forward to a great semester!!!
