    Overall, it’s a good laptop that did everything I need (when it worked), but it does not seem to be a quality product. The second day I had it I had to do a hard reset because it would not turn on. It worked fine for another month, but now it is having the same issue. When I press the power button, I get no response. HP customer service was fairly useful and I’m currently in the process of sending them the laptop to have it repaired. I would not purchase it again; it’s been too much headache for a brand new laptop.
