    overheats when it wants to while in "sleep", 100 degree + "burn the house down when it burst into flames" type overheat. owned 17 days, back to Best Buy to send for repair, they said "a few days" took 19 days to send to KY and get it back with "no trouble found" answer. Disappointing experience so far. I am going to see if extra coverage bought from HP can arrange an exchange, BUT I will not hold my breath. Fast when it is going.. I guess pay your money and see what happens in your case??
