Out of warranty support $15/month subscription? Overheating problems from the beginning. Barely used less than a year and already had to hassle with support to do updates that didn’t work. Now out of warranty with no support system it seems like. For the price of the laptop I could have found one in the lake for free, maybe someone will find this one in a lake. No amount of cleaning vents, hard resets, or updating bios can help this thing.

Good Laptop

It froze twice when I was completing an assignment. The Alexa app also froze once while playing. I like the laptop and wished that I didn’t experience any of those problems. Overall it is a good laptop.

I would like to purchase extra geek squad insurance, other than that you get what you pay for, decent.

I turned it off later on that day tried to get it to come on and it wouldn't. plugged it in and nothing. Called PTC best buy stayed on hold 30mins then I hung up. took it to a local computer place they said the mother board burned out it was hot to the touch. going to try and take it back today
