It works as expected!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop computer works as expected. What else can I say, it works no better than a much less expensive laptop that I bought about four years ago. For what it cost I actually thought it would be much faster and have better features.

You can get better this price point
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overpriced for what you get. IPS display has great viewing angles but dim compared to other panels. Keyboard is great for price point. Decent I/O but needs more. Touch screen is ok but it’s not meant to be the absolute best

Poor to average performance
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not too thrilled with product. Keyboard is difficult to manipulate. One has to press the keys pretty hard to get a response. The screen is very sensitive to touch. Image quality is average with blurred image appearing intermittently.

Acting up right after purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this laptop for about 3 weeks and it has been messing up since I bought it. I have to carry it into best buy for maintenance already. The keyboard acts up and already has a dysfunction while I try to search something.

Disappointed in Best Buy on this one!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop for my wife for Christmas 2020. Its's August 3, 2021 and it just stopped turning on. No other signs leading up to this sudden issue. It just stopped working! I've tested this twice. Purchase the 2yr coverage agreement and you won't have any issues. Opt out of extended coverage and I guarantee you WILL have issues! I don't want to throw around accusations but you read between the lines. I'm a huge fan of HP but this crap is ridiculous!

Received as a gift
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was in need of a new laptop but couldn't afford it so I was glad to have been gifted this as a birthday present last year. Initially I had little to no problems with the laptop then 3 months later my touchpad stopped working and it began shutting down randomly. I also experienced audio issues and issues with the touch screen. I've spoken with support several times about the issues to no success and have tried installing/uninstalling drivers, updates, etc. I would not recommend this laptop. I'm only using it because I have no other options/little time to drop off at Geeksquad.

Laptop For Grandma or Kiddies
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I expected more. I wanted something Faster and easier to Use than My 7yr old Computer that was put into the "Geek Squad" for repair. But all I received was a product equal to my 7yr old Desktop? It was frustrating in saying the least. I wanted to cry. It did the minimal. I informed the Salesperson that I need something fast for my Business. I now feel as though I were discounted? Or I was in his way. Customer Service was a "Hurry up" I have other Customers to attend to. I was in a tight position. So I got it. Only to return it. This product may be okay for another person with limited usage. But not me!

Would no recommend
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen popped out not even a year after purchasing. Mic also stopped working. 1 month after, mic stopped working again. Touchpad would occasionally work. Had to restart my laptop or redownload the driver whenever it stopped working. No it no longer works even if I restart my laptop and redownload the driver. My fully charged laptop dies within 3 hrs of use.

Okay
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop seems fine. However, being a reluctant end-user rather than an up-to-date tech person, some additional explanation of the features would've been helpful. Discovering things as I go, but frustrating.

Slow but Steady!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A Work Horse! Cost efficient, but prone to multiple viruses and hacking! Despite purchasing an tech support plan, the issues were never resolved!

Touchpad
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product but the mouse stopped working after only two months. The volume also does not get that loud. It starts to act funny when you add other usbs and have too many tabs open

Frustrated
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first this laptop seemed great being brand new. But I find that when I log out completely from some site, then close any windows and make sure to power off, it isn't always logged out of off as it should be. I can touch the keyboard some time later and not the power button; the laptop is still on and then I also find I am still logged into my email or Facebook or what ever I had logged out of! Also, the screen picture may slide to one side and hard to get it back centered. There are no instruction or any pamphlet or anything with this.

It’s ok
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is great for a nursing student. Picture and sound quality is great for lockdown webcam exams. Only issue I have is that it randomly exits my screen and restores the site I was on.

Regret my purchase
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop after seeing the reviews. Once received I followed instructions to set it up and it was fine. I then turned it off and kept it aside since I didn’t need it right away for use. Now with schools starting , the need has come to use it and guess what , it doesn’t even turn on. It’s a brand new computer, never used, bought just 60 days ago and just wouldn’t turn on. And to make it worst, no phone number is listed on any of the booklets. I had to search up hp support numbers but can’t get hold off anyone. I’m stuck with a brand new useless laptop. I’m hoping I can take it to Best Buy tomorrow and see if I can get any help. Unbelievable

Difficulty with programming
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Find it hard to install & get icons on page & getting email access. Need help on learning how to navigate the programs & utilize the computer, add other apps & have questions on what programs were installed & security. Disappointed at this point in computer. Have tried to set up appt for training & more advice on navigating computer but always get put on hold on referred to Geek Squad on line, which is also difficult to get someone to talk to & assist.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sleek and so nice looking. Not sure if I blew speakers already but I’m starting to hear a crackling noise so I’ve change to use a Bluetooth speaker instead . I need to listen to Spotify!

Good looking laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer looks very nice. I liked the keyboard. The touchpad sank down into the the palm rest when I used the left mouse key. Unfortunately the computer kept randomly freezing.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far the computer has done what it's been needed for. I noticed though that the extended protection it was supposed to come with wasn't there so i have to now pay outta pocket for it
