After 1 month of Use, The Screen started flickering, I reached out to HP support they reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled the OS, but still, the problem persists. Basically, even after spending 3-4 hours with HP support, the issue persists. Now I need to drop the machine for 2 weeks at the HP support center, and they don't even give a loaner device for the period. If someone has a high dependency on the machine, then 2 weeks without a machine is not an option. Don't recommend others to buy this machine.

I don't know why my ordered got missed item again. I was too busy to deal with them. I hope the store could solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is a pretty dope laptop FOR NOW my only hesitation is that I heard it doesn't last long which will make it not worth it but otherwise like I said its great for the time being

VERY dissatisfied with this laptop. We have always purchases HP laptops for my family - for years. This one is a dud. I sent it back for repairs. Now it still overheats - so much that I need a protected surface for the laptop - defeating the point of having a laptop. The power cord always falls out. Just a pain,

Overall, the laptop isnt too bad but I already had to send my computer in under warranty for fan related issues, less than a year after purchasing.

I bought it on thank giving , laptop was good but suddenly one side of the screen started flickering and it never corrected even after multiple restarts. had to return it.

This computer is of good quality, however, it has a lot of minor issues like sometimes the touchpad stops working and it can be very noisy and extremely hot.

The only thing I dislike is the keyboard its color gold you barely see the letters or numbers I prefer black keyboard with white letters or numbers.

This is my very first laptop so Im still try to get use to it .Some time it threw me out of the screen am at. Give me more time & I can give you a better opinion

This is my 3rd identical model. First 2 are awesome. This one had some issues, but not sure if it was wonderful Windows 10. Geek Squad took care of it

this is a nice machine. but the screen is too small in today's standards. didn't know it until i got home. next time I will open in store b4 i leave.

Not enough storage. This was a replacement for a laptop that had twice the space. Big mistake now I have to be connected to an external hard drive.

Not easy to open edges are very sharp other than that it’s worth its money I paid for it more thought should’ve been put into the design very light weight

At first it was great but not even a year later it will no longer turn on, I use it for school can’t afford buying a new one of fixing it.

Screen was broken blinked off & on and screen shake and blacked out. This laptop looks good if it wasn't for that maybe it would have been good?

Set up my laptop 1 week after purchasing. 1 week later the laptop would not turn on, had to charge overnight to get it to turn on. The next week I again tried to power up the laptop that had a full charge when I shut it down the week before, and it would not power up, the battery again was dead. Returning this laptop to Best Buy and getting my money back. Horrible laptop!!!!

Good laptop, but the open box has a few dents and no charging cable or packaging. Not too sure this slightly lower price is really worth the difference

Got this few days ago. My sister had a similar device and she ran into a lot of problems. I hope, it does not happen with me. Until now, it is doing good.

Not my lucky purchase. My laptop battery continues to drain even when switched off. I barely use the laptop so everytime i need to use it. The battery is flat so i have to plug it into power. I have contacted HP directly several times but they dont seem to help despite the fact that my laptop is still under warranty. I cant say im very happy with my purchase. Not sure if its setting issue or battery problem. I just expected better

weight is way too heavy... I think you have to aware the weight is imbalanced so that it may be a good choice if you want a laptop thin and light.
