Do not buy this computer. I knew that HP did not have great customer service. It is very difficult to actually reach a person to help you. I thought I would be okay because HP had such a good reputation for quality products. From the moment I turned it on, I have had trouble with the touch pad. At first I thought I was doing something wrong. Then the screen started zooming in by itself. Sometimes, I could shrink it with the touch screen. Other times, I would have to log out of a site, because refreshing did not return the screen to the right size. The cursor would disappear or not move where I directed it. The screen would move up and down. I have contacted HP many times. They have reinstalled the operating system now 4 times. Each time, I spend hours reloading my apps. I have returned the computer to HP twice for repair. The first time, I was told I would receive a loaner so I could continue to work. It's a good thing I wasn't holding my breath because I never got one. When I received the "fixed" computer the first time, it took several hours before the zooming began. I just got the computer back for the second time. This time, it zoomed after 5 minutes. HP is not longer the reliable company that they were.

Purchased but then decided I needed more memory and came acquainted with the Samsung laptop. It was love at first sight so went with Samsung.

I gave this one star only because it would not allow me to give it zero stars. I purchased this product as an "open box" item and was assured by the sales rep that this only meant minor damage to the exterior of the laptop: possible scratches or minor dings. I was further assured that the Geek Squad had gone over the item carefully and that it was fully operable and had all of the working components. Except it DIDN'T. It did NOT have a camera driver installed, which I found out the hard way, when I was participating in a Zoom business call and could not get the camera to connect. Further investigation following the meeting showed that it was not a problem connecting to Zoom, but that there was in fact no camera. When I took it back, the camera driver could not be located and the laptop was returned. I firmly believe that if the Geek Squad had in fact checked all of the components, the missing camera would have been located - and I also believe this is likely why the laptop was returned in the first place and being sold as open box. Whoever is responsible for the unit being put back up for sale without a camera, and without any indication that it was missing the camera, should be spoken to. This experience has left a very bad taste for me when it comes to dealing with Best Buy.

As a college student, I am very disappointed >:( I exchanged this laptop literally 3 times because of defaults!! The first time was a month before I left for school and everything was fine until it wouldn’t turn on! When I went to BestBuy to get it fixed, they said it was a malfunction within the laptop and would take weeks to fix it. So I exchanged it days before I left and asked for the new laptop to be transferred to the BestBuy closest to my university. After picking that one up, I’ve only had the laptop for less than 25 hours before that one messed up too!! Stressed because my classes started in 2 days, I had to exchange it AGAIN! Once the new one messed up (again) I just gave up. You’re better off purchasing an apple product like I did. On the bright side, when it was functioning properly, I got a lot of homework done!

I loved the everything about this laptop. It was the perfect size, it had touch ID, it was touch screen, it even transformed into a tablet BUT the first couple days i had it it started glitching. I took it back and ordered the same exact one and it started glitching again. Very disappointed so ended up having to spend twice the amount of money on a macbook.

My laptop has a manufacturing defect tried to replace return it after 35 days from buying the company refused as they don't cover return their defected products they only fix it and they have it for more than a week now but still not done I have lost all my work and data I had to redo all my projects such a disappointing

This laptop is awful. I bought it in Nov 24 2020 on a Black Friday sale to use when my Mac is not compatible with certain work websites. I've used in maybe 20 times from Nov 2020-Nov 2021. I took out on Nov 2021 to use it after not using it for several months and it worked great on that day. The next day I attempted to turn it on and nothing. It wouldnt turn on at all. I could see that the battery light was white so the computer wasnt dead. I took it to Best Buy on Dec 1 and they said since it was out of warranty(by only 5 days), they couldnt help. I googled this issue and it seems to be common. Yesterday, I tried to see if it would turn on and it did. I used it to work all day. This morning- IT DIDNT TURN ON AGAIN AFTER BEING CHARGED FOR A HOUR!! This computer was a waste of $500. It is extremely glithcy.

I bought this laptop for my daughter for a Christmas gift. She opened it Friday and by the following Tuesday the screen had gone blank and despite Google's best effort to suggest fixes, I could not fix it. I returned it to Best Buy, which went smoothly enough, but we'll see if it lasts this time (this review is for the second one). I'm hoping it was a rare defective laptop and not indicative of HP Pavilion 360's in general.

Keys are hard to see during the day. Works well, great computer The lights under the keys do not light the keys during the day.

Had to return my first one 3 days after purchasing. It wouldn't turn on. Heats up fast. Finger pad is weird. Works with bamboo plus stylist.

This computer seemed great as far as specs go, but I couldn’t get over how small and squished the screen and keyboard felt once it arrived.

Need more time for a proper review. With throw away technology and products these days I won’t comment. You should expect that.

The laptop is pretty light and fast, the only negative is that it gets hot pretty quickly =\.

The sound keeps going out on the computer. I have to keep going back into it to have the HP assist fix it. It is pretty annoying. Otherwise, I like the computer but that is a big issue. The problem is that I need my computer for work and school and can't be without it for a day and BB only returns for 14 days. Poor return policy. I have never had luck with their protection policy either.

Have not opened it yet, waiting for help & had a 5 day power outage, still waiting for my help to set it up, so I do not have a review!

Good starter laptop does most of what you need to do but when you open three or more applications then starts to lag

Its stylish and light, however, the charger heats up too fast and it kinda scares me....the laptop performance is okay

Laptop so far so good except for one issue. After using it for 2 months, we noticed the letter L on keyboard is not working.

It's decent laptop but kind of small, and glitches sometimes. I am not sure if it's Windows 10 or the laptop itself.

Overall was a great computer but touchscreen cracked a month after having very fragile screen!
