Runs great ! only major issue is the mousepad is just terrible . That alone make the price seem a tad bit expensive.

Cons: It is too hot. When you flip it and it turns off you have to flip it again to start it. The keyboard is uncomfortable

I had problems with my first one lines would show up and when I returned I got another one and I’m having same issues.

Already starting to have issues. Thought it would be better than Dell and Lenovo. Will have to try a Mac next time

Did not like this laptop whatsoever. Heavy, short battery life, over heated quickly, sometimes the mouse pad didn't work so you're constantly touching the screen. Only good thing about this item is that the keyboard isn't overly sensitive.

I bought this laptop and it was amazing but I decided to exchange it for the spectra who’s is way better.

Slot for memory card didn’t work. Tried to replace it but after a bad experience in the store; decided not to do it.

I’m happy with the purchase. But they have lowered the price of this now like 200 bucks and it hasn’t even been 15 days

Hard drive died after 6 months. Probably would recommend buying a more expensive unit next time.

I've had this computer a little over a month and it has locked up several times requiring a hard restart to recover. At least 3 times, it has automatically restarted itself, without warning, with a blue screen error message. I have an appointment at my local store on 7/27/20 to see if they can fix these issues. I'll update my review after that.

The sales person sold a Geek Squad package but misrepresented the package. I was told the process would take 20 minutes - and I could have my laptop setup and all the files from the old computer moved - while I waited. Instead it took 8 days. NOT HAPPY with that purchase

I use it for school and its pretty decent however it tends to overhear a lot when prompted with a lot of task

The HP Pavilion computer originally performed flawlessly. It easily handled multiple tasks without a lag. However, 3 months after having it purchased, the keyboard started acting up. It randomizes keys when typing and every once in a while any key stroke will cause it to close all your programs. I would not recommend this computer if you are looking to use it daily.

Only complaint is no numeric keypad. Other than that it does everything that I need it to do.

The challenge I have with this product is that the Windows close/minimize while I am working.

I bought this laptop in August 2020 for $ 750 original price. The moment I started the laptop, it heated up quickly in minutes. I went to Best Buy to fix or replace it and Best buy would not replace it as I did not buy an extended warranty from them. I even shipped it to HP Texas repair centre and after 5 days I received it back from them saying issue is fixed, but still it is not fixed. The laptop still gets heated up, sometimes screen gets frozen, erratic noise behavior. I am surprised that both Best Buy and HP did not own up for this issue and I wasted my time, energy and money on this laptop. Stay away from this laptop.

I've only had this laptop for a little over a month, and I've already had such issues with it. It started glitching 2 weeks after I got it, and Geek Squad wasn't able to find anything wrong with it. HP Support has not been helpful, and I'm currently working on getting it replaced. I think the system just starts freaking out when it's been in use for a few hours consecutively. Hopefully this is just an anomaly and it's just mine, but I won't be buying another HP product again.

16 days after I bought this, the fan started acting up and the screen would skip. Best Buy would do nothing. Only choice was to send it in for repairs. $16 and two weeks later I got my computer back and it’s louder than it was before and the same problems persist. It’s garbage.

Nice design, good features at affordable price. I hope it will work fine for a long time
