Distortion

The first few moments it did a strobe-like blinking and distorted the picture. My order for the Geek Squad to do a house survey was suspiciously cancelled. I still do not have a date for the service. I am a member of the geek squad . Will I ever get a date schedled?

Worst Purchase Made

The mic stopped working almost right away purchase. I took it back to best buy and it took them over a month for it to be repair. I needed it for school and work and all they told me was that I could "buy" a new one and return it within two weeks in the meantime of my laptop being fixed. When I finally got my laptop, a week later my mic stopped working again. I haven't taken back due to needing it for school. Worst purchase I have made!

It has been at HP for repair longer than I had it. It is still with HP with hopes of getting it the middle of September. I thought HP was a quality product. I cannot even return it now!

High end tech - Garbage Screen

You get a lot of tech with this laptop but they saved the money with awful the screen. I would definitely go with a x360 spectre. Needless to say it went back!

It keep on getting worse. So slow. I always have to clean my history before re-use I wish I can bring it back I west my money
