hard to use mousepad, otherwise OK, still figuring it out

not so great,it always turn off by itself even I am working on it

It brings up ms edge constantly and That has poor search engine. The battery life is poor even when off it looses power. I paid over $800. Laptop. It is not wot he $200. Would like to return for something that’s not junk

This laptop heats up a lot and quickly. We had it shut down twice since purchased on 6/15/20 and it's now 7/7/20. This is the only issue, but it's a big one. It dictates how you use the product.

Tablet mode is great but I got this for watching lectures for college as I had to download many of them. Unfortunately the sound randomly goes away for some reason. HP support couldn't help much either as troubleshooting didn't show anything wrong.

I'm just not happy there wasn't a CD player built in.

Unfortunately, I had to return the PC. It had a screen flickering problem that was not resolved after downloading new drivers. That aside I liked every other aspect of the machine especially the B&O sound system. Very good despite being a small pc.

Purchased this laptop on 11/22/2020 and already returned it The laptop was really slow, small, and felt cheaply made. I do not recommend this to anyone, it will save you a headache to put a couple of dollars more into a better quality one.

I thought I was getting a steal with this computer, but my money was just STOLEN. I have been having problems since purchase and I will be reaching out to Best Buy about replacement. It freezes often. I know its NOT my internet service, but the quality of the computer. Just recently, it started going to a black screen even though you can continue to hear any audio in the background.

It worked fine for about a year and then it just went black. wouldn't restart. I guess it is a pretty common occurrence with this model. I wish I would have known this before buying.

I'm not sure how it works , I had to send it back because when I turned it on it got to hot. Hopefully when I get it back it will work great if not I will let you know. I payed to much for it to not work as soon as I turned it on.

It gets the job done. But 1.5 years later, and the hinge wore out and now it doesn't open or close. So if you're looking for a disposable laptop, you've picked the right one.

This was for my high school age daughter. It started freezing up and shortly after the touch screen started glitching and "activating" thing she wasn't selecting. Disappointed for the price that it's not a better computer.

Bestbuy literally sold me a "certified" laptop that had water damage. Device is 3 months old,6 days after purchase new in box went on a trip out of the States, couldn't use it while gone because it would never connect to wifi , shipped to HP for warranty because no Bestbuy located where we were staying. HP send back saying it has water damage. Never had it out of the box. Get back to the states after 2 months away and Bestbuy wont do anything but hangup on me when I call and hold for over an hour, and the chat system doesnt work at all.

Bought this laptop to use for graduate school. Within 10 minutes of setup, the laptop bluescreened and restarted. About 20 minutes after that it bluescreened again and then bluescreened for a third time an hour after. All different stop codes. I am returning it on the same day of purchasing it.

After buying screen become black. I want to return but best buy returned date has expired. I'm not sure what should I need to do.
