It doesn't leave my office, has never been dropped, and is in perfect condition..... except it went blank this morning, won't boot, and doesn't display anything. I close it, open it, and the keyboard flashes for a fraction of a second, but otherwise - it is DEAD. Yes it is charged. Now it will take my time to pursue a warranty claim, and I'm without my computer.....

It has went out already. The screen went black there were green lines, the screen would get blurry and would go black. The store said I would have to purchase a $200 warranty package from Geek Squad in order to cover damages for the computer, or have it to exchange the computer!!! So basically I'm out of a computer and still have payments.

I couldn't order another and get it in time for Christmas and it was for my son. It had 2 weeks to ship and received but they said they couldn't do it. I canceled the order, it wasn't worth the aggravation and to wait again and not get it.

It turned on well when I picked it up but the day school started it will not turn on. I might have gotten a defected one so I will try to get an exchange because I need it for class. It has good image. Battery drains very fast, maybe its part of the defect. But for sure quite mad because I really needed it for the start of school.

The sounds was great, but the computer screen would move back and forth, you where not able to read anything. Could watch movie fine. but nothing else. Terrible, after the 2nd Pavilion I got I gave up. I just returned it and got a different brand, waist of my time.

They said just return it at Customer Service, which I did. An identical one was shipped to me and after a day or so, the screen started flickering and flashing again. I returned the second laptop to Customer Service. So I will look for another brand next time. BTWI have two other laptops of a different brand and they work fine in my home or anywhere else.

A little awkward- the touchpad isn't as smooth as laptops I've had previously, and using it to "click" on something is strange but something I could get used to with time. However, after leaving it on to charge all night, I've tried to use it on Thursday, and it won't turn on. Unfortunately, I will be returning this item.

We’re gonna change it tomorrow. One reason why is because of the taskbar malfunctioning. The windows start button, search button, Notification Center, and the of the apps pinned to the taskbar would randomly stop working while I’m working on something. Another reason why is because it would also start to blink/flicker while I have a application open
