My computer has already started glitches, the screen blanks out, I have to push down hard on the pad to get my mouse to select what I need it to. I will be turning this computer in or exchanging it. The only reason I haven't is due to not having the time to yet. I got this computer due to applying for a PhD program and wanting to make sure I was ready for the school year. I am now not ready.

Laptop is ok.i bought 2 both had screen flickering problems. Another bad design is the keyboard, you really can not see them

I had to return it cos the screen was dimmed even when I set it to the highest

I really wanted to love this laptop. It’s fast, sleek, and I love that it converts to a tablet. Unfortunately, when I going through the setup, white streaks appeared across the screen. I took it back and exchanged it for another one. Same thing happened. The geek squad guy said this may have been a bad batch- I’m better off purchasing a different model. So back it goes,

Has to return with fan issues after two days. In store employees were very helpful in replacing this.

I am truly unhappy about my laptop. The salesman wasn’t helpful. He told me to look up the internet for more info about the laptop. I had to call my face tube my sister about this computer. I figure this would be ok. This is not what I really wanted. Now I am stuck w/ this laptop. He was too busy as well helping others. Many questions where asked but no explanation.

This was my worst purchase ever. The laptop lasted only 1 year. The monitor will not work any more for reason. It shutt off at the sudden. I have used no more than 15 hours all together. It was not cheap. Now I have to buy a new one, not HP of course.

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use for school, with a 1 year warranty. It worked fine until literally a few months after the warranty ended. The motherboard was fried, what the technician said. I'm not an expert but motherboards to my knowledge are suppose to last longer than a year and a few months.

I purchased this lap too back in March. Used it maybe three times. Then I decided to use it recently for school after using it for about 20 min the computer started to go blank. This is quite unusual for a computer that i purchase less than 6 months ago and only used it less than 5 time totaling of less that 3 hours.

Poor quality. Keyboard buttons coming off after less than two weeks. Computer was fast though.

The battery is very bad and I wish I can change the laptop itself

Ordered the laptop Nov 9th....From having to correct the associate at the store at least 6 times about my information, ,not getting any emails regarding my order, delivering to a wrong address and now having me wait even more time for it, and its Dec 5th already, I don't know what's worse. Worst purchase experience I've ever had to deal with.

I havent recive my computer since I placed the order on black fridays midnight, and today is christmas. I need my money back or my computer. I was expected to get it on december 4th wich never happened like I was told, almost a month since I place my order and USPS or bets buy dont give me my order track neither, Im upset amd dispointed

I bought this laptop for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and she only used it a few times because she still has her old one. However, the screen is turning black also the Touch Bar and the keyboard stop working after using only a few times. What a waste of money and lack of quality product. I will never buy an HP laptop again.

Bought it less than a month ago and it seems to have a motherboard issue. Asked if I could just get a refund to purchase another one cause I really need it for school and was told no. Even if I used my BB credit card. I feel like there should be a better way of handling defective devices you sell to customers.

Sturdy laptop I have had it for about 3.5 years. Touch screen and able to fold it into a tablet. Perfect for my nursing classes on the go. I would definitely recommend for daily computer use.

There was a gap on the top of the screen which was common issue in this laptop

I am a teacher did virtual teaching all last year. The sound on zoom will go away. Students could not hear me. I had to request a school lap top and never lost the sound. Will be taking this lap top to Best Buy. It was very expensive for it to leave me without sound in the middle of a lecture.

AWFUL!!!!!!! I purchased this laptop on Black Friday and the laptop has stop working and won’t turn on at all. I have done multiple troubleshooting for it and still no avail. Please if you are a college student or need a laptop that is reliable don’t waste your time. I am never purchasing another HP again!

It’s great but the speakers keep going in and out will take it in to get checked
