This pc gave up just after six months. The touchpad is the main problem as the driver gets removed by itself. Tried installing the touchpad driver from HP website; but that resolves the issue for short period of time and the issue appears again. I do not recommend this product

The touch screen is not that great and the computers WiFi is weak signal.

Did not boot up. Returned for replacement. Replace without question

Had it one week. If I left it unintended even for a minute, it would completely shut down EVERY time. Thank god I have geek squad. They tried to help remotely. No go. So I went in and still couldn’t fix it. It had to be sent off. They said it was a month before I get it back. I got a lemon!

Overpriced asfff. Cant even use Microsoft word on this laptop

Very disappointed. I purchased a computer and printer. I wanted someone with expertise in this area because I do not know much about either. I got no real help from the employee. I felt hurried out of store. I realize with COVID there is no real shopping but then why did I make an appointment?

Got a lemon, computer screen went black after one month of use. Hp service repair is making me wait two month to repair it! Very bad experience will never buy an HP computer ever again! It deserve minus 3 stars!

We had some issues with the Hard Drive and because this was for a student we didn't have time to send in and get fixed which was a big bummer, we had to buy a new hard drive that they had to install if the warranty was to still be valid.. so no all in all I would not purchase again

3.5 months and already the blue screen error has occurred.

I bought this item and did not open it when it arrived. My greatest MISTAKE cos it’s out of warranty. The computer came damaged. The screen freezes literally every 5 mins yet it was certified by geek. My worst purchase ever and I am disappointed with Best Buy.

I brought it today. I will return it because of glitching. I do not know why. when I click the top window, it happens. it is so stressful to choose the right laptop.

I’m very disappointed with the product. I needed a laptop for college and just from carrying it around in my backpack with my text books the screen cracked. The HP warranty won’t cover the fix so for the time being I am stuck writing essays on my phone

I bought this laptop and sent it to the Philippines.It was March 16 that i bought it to use for online schooling.After only a couple of mo ths using the mo na itor totally went black.And it would not turn on anymore just like that.

i waited for it for one month..arrived yesterday 8/27/20. the laptop was running fast when i first run it but only works for one day!. Today 8/28/20 I cannot turn it on anymore...product is defective!!!! i’ll ship it back and demand for replacement..

I bought three of these computers and all three computers are having issues after only having them for three months.

I really want to like this laptop. I do. But I can't. One speaker has already blown out and i haven't used it for music yet. Fingerprint reader rarely accepts and grants access.

We didn't even have this laptop a month and have had nothing but problems. We took it into Geek Squad and they did nothing but show my husband how to "fit" it when the problem happened again. Its junk. Buy anything else with your $750!

BestBuy sent me an "excellent condition" open box laptop that was dead on arrival. Then they lost all records of it being returned even though I had proof of return delivery from the return label they issued and sent me.

A key fell off 2 days after purchase. THE WHOLE KEYBOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! They couldn’t take it in right away. The first available date was weeks away. We returned it.
