Was great when it was working, but after it being only a month old with very little use, i am having issues with rebooting. I’ll stick to Dells from now on.

Got this laptop twice thinking it was a steal! It’s not, I’ve had to replace it twice within 6 months time. I would suggest not buying one.

Motherboard fried up after a month and Bestbuy refuses to help or refund the laptop, and HP is ignoring any communications attempts. I

Bestbuy big thief's the coustmer services employees must be punished all of them bad pepole like there companyi not recommend any one to buy from bestbuy

Sound card is broken after 1 month. I would not recommend this product at all. Now I have to ship the computer away for 3-4 weeks so HP can fix it.

I bought this laptop recently after researching several brands (Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Acer). Ultimately, I chose this computer and have been very pleased with my purchase. I primarily use this laptop for school; writing papers, research, power point presentations, and editing videos. The speed of the computer is great. The 11th generation i5 processor really delivers while having several apps open and does not slow down. I typically have Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Chrome, and Mail app open at all times. So far, no matter what I'm doing this computer can handle the tasks with ease. I debated between the 14" and 15.6" models and I'm glad I chose the 14". The 14" is a decent size screen that is great for watching movies, but isn't as bulky and heavy as the 15.6". The size is a personal preference, but I feel like the 14" model will be better for travel. I have not experienced any issues with fan noise. The noise is minimal when the fan is operating. For the price point of $599, this laptop has performed as advertised by HP, and then some. Great speed, extremely easy to use, display is crisp, sleek design.

Purchased a labtop, was broken when received. Wast of time and money !! Don’t buy from them online !!!

refresh nonexistent and it made audio noise! A disappointing experience overall.

hate it does its own thing as far as working works like a touch screen all over the place
