It’s overall a really great laptop, but don’t drop it! Not super fun to try and deal with a cracked screen seeing how it’s touch screen enabled. It ran very well for a college student who didn’t need a large amount of work to do in it.

Over all it is not good item. I found some software problems.

This laptop worked really great for the first 2 years! Functional keys & mouse, quality, superb sound & excellent image color. I love that the keys light up! In year 3, the rubber underneath the keyboard started coming off (this was a laptop that stayed stationary; I think move it around a lot), the keyboard started getting sticky, the mouse on the keyboard stopped working; I had to strictly use the mouse I purchased separately, and lastly…the sound totally went out after a Windows update!! I called Windows support tech who walked me through steps, but it didn’t help. The only way the Windows tech could help is if I allowed him to get into my laptop which I didn’t feel comfortable with him doing so. I’ve watched videos & followed steps, but still nothing. So as of today, my laptop is only good for reading information on the web & for checking emails. It wasn’t worth the money I spent for it! If you’re looking for a laptop to use for a couple of years, then this is a good buy. If you’re looking for a laptop to last longer, I would not recommend this one.

Definitely with the price! Is very effective for any programs, school project or business work. Very light of weight to carry around and easy to carry for travel. As a student and small business owner I highly recommend

Great little laptop. Only issue I am having 4 years later is that the charger heats up way too hot.

This is an amazing laptop. A really good school laptop and home laptop. I use this for school and just home stuff. It is very nice with the chrome and Microsoft edge. It's just easy to layout which is for which use. For the most part, I use google since I use that for everything. I love how I can play Minecraft and use it as a tablet. Always have played Minecraft with a table so I didn't know how to use the keyboard. One nice thing is that I can turn this laptop into a tablet. Sometimes I use it for some assignments. Pros- -2 in 1 -touch screen -backlit keyboard -really quick -good for school - cons -the fan is super nosy -sound can be wacky when watching certain types of youtube -charging is a bit fast, so you'll be charging it every day.

After 4 years still working like new. Fast and easy set up. This is not used as a gaming laptop but for my small business. The color is vivid and the touch screen although not my go to very easy and convenient. Battery life is good and easy to travel with.

Have had thia laptop for about 4 years and I really loved it. I will say that it starts to act up and act really slow by the fourth year but that's to be expected since laptops usually last around three to six years because they cant perform new updated functions as well as it used to. Its especially a great laptop for school.

Love my PC does everything that I need it and it can be used as a tablet or laptop.

Powerful as well as robust. Used in rought and tough environments and performanned flawlessly.

Overall over the past 4 years this laptop has been great solid device. Going from standard laptop to touch screen only and back, on for hours a day and hit with heavy gaming loads. This purs like a champ. I'll give credit to HP for a solid machine where do and this is it.

I use for school and work and never a problem. Just with it had longer battery life.

I needed a new laptop when my Lenovo broke in December as I was about to start a work from home job. This laptop had very similar specs so I figured it was worth the money. Overall, aside from the fact the fan keeps going out in it, I prefer my Lenovo laptop and it was $200 less. My main gripe with this one is that it gets REALLY hot - as in hits critical internal temps - running programs that were no problem for my other computer. If I only have a few internet tabs open, it's fine, but I start opening ten tabs or so and it gets hot. The fan is also very loud, which I didn't think would bother me, but it does. All of that said, the performance is fine - there's no lag if I have a ton of tabs open, and it can run the aforementioned programs for hours on end if I need to do that (I am still waiting for Lenovo to repair my other laptop, this review is not exactly an endorsement for them). However, the heat issues make me think this laptop is not going to last long before it needs repairs due to heat damage. My other, less serious complaint is that the screen is pretty dull/doesn't get very bright - and I say that as someone who likes to keep their screen dim. Overall, I expected much more for the price and I'm just hoping this laptop lasts until I can get my other one repaired.

I love my laptop! I've had it for four years now with no almost no issues aside from having to get a battery change since it's been a while. Definitely a great, high quality, and long lasting laptop.
