This laptop is so great for students. It's not the lightest (like the macbook air) but still much lighter than a traditional laptop. The backlight of the keyboard is so helpful for late night study sessions. I 100% recommend getting it. One thing I wished it had was more USB ports (This model had 2).

The best computer I've ever owned. It's old and still works perfectly. Runs quickly, touchscreen is very responsive but not jumpy. Love this thing!

after 4 years it still works I use it to watch movies on my 65 smart tv and a multitude things I may buy another one when they go on sale

Great buy! This product is light weight and compact, very easy to carry around. Went from a 17" screen to this 14" without any issues, love the size and the touch screen is great! Really digging the lit keyboard. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

I bought this computer during Covid when my children were doing online classes. It worked great for us. I use it now for my online classes haven’t had any issues in the almost 4 years I’ve owned it.

One of the best laptops I've had. Easy to use. Smooth mouse pad, great keyboard and I love the 360 flip feature. Touchscreen is seamless. Couldn't recommend more.

For the price point, I should have spent and extra couple hundred dollars on Mac. I purchased this laptop for business. I used it very heavily in 2020&2021. Within that first 6 months I had to have the motherboard replaced. It has become a hassle to use and I am again in a situation where my laptop will not power on. It is such a waste of mental energy to fuss with this when there are better quality products on the market. This will be my last HP purchase.

I assumed since my current laptop is six years old, that any I purchased would be an improvement, but I was mistaken. The fan on this laptop runs VERY hot, so hot in fact that I have to use one of those little lap stands that has a built-in fan. It negates the advantage of having a small laptop. The power plug comes out too easily - I sit on the couch with the computer on my lap and when I switch positions, I have to constantly check to see if it's still plugged in. And the speakers are terrible - very tin-canny. I thought the sound would be excellent since they are B&O - again I was mistaken. I'm disappointed. On the bright side, it was very easy to set up. Also, this is the first time I've bought a laptop online. I've always bought them at the Best Buy store and had the Geek Squad set it up for me. So I was expecting all kinds of ads and superfluous software that needed to be removed. There was none of that. This was truly "plug and play."

Great purchase! I've had my HP Pavillion laptop for 3 years and not problems at all. I wish it had a CD/DVD ROM.
