Happy with the product and configuration. 360-degree screen rotation along with a touch screen gives the flexibility to move from working mode to entertainment mode. Build quality is good, and so far didn't experience any performance issues though I don't have used to its flexibility as it has satisfied my needs.

I've been super happy with this laptop. It's well suited to fit my needs and the price was right in my budget. I needed a personal computer for basic needs with Office and this was perfect. It's lightweight, the battery life is great (for my needs) and I couldn't be happier.

My previous laptop was moving slow and everything I tried it still was slow. Decided to purchase this laptop and it’s awesome. Starts up super fast and loads my programs so quickly. I love the fingertip sign in and the lighted keyboard. This laptop works all of my games and websites with ease.

I got this for my middle child and he loves it, it has touch screen which is convenient and it can run his school work quite fast. He also plays games like Roblox and Minecraft and runs them pretty well. Hes had it for two weeks now with no problems so that's also really good.

Bought this Laptop to use for Zoom Meeting. It works great,I like that it has a backlight so I can see the keypad & it's operating system is Zoom Virtual Background Compatabile, no need for a green screen!! Battery life very short , Must keep it charged overnight. I got a great deal on sale!

Excellent laptop, purchased it on sale, and I must say it does everything I need it to do for college and more. I really enjoy the light up keyboard and the touch screen is a great feature. The graphics are amazing. I recommend this laptop to any adult. Great computer for a great price.

Its lightweight and have a nice polished sleek look that I love. I run it for very long periods of time and it doesn't overheat. Charges fast and the battery life is extremely great. The visual when watch movies is clear. The laptops speaker have good sound to it.

Originally ran into issues when we imaged the laptop to our corporate image since 11th gen chipset drivers were available yet. HP finally got the drivers released earlier this year 2021 so that resolved all the problems. Laptop works great, high performance. good battery life, and pretty solidly built.

This Laptop has everything I need to go about my daily life. I like the fact that it is much lighter and smaller than my previous laptop. With the help of Geek Squad I have learned so much more about the features and benefits of this laptop. Very happy with this purchase.

HP is slick and makes logging in so simple by using your on ID, with no delays, and quick to respond. Memory capacity is great. love the 2 in 1. Keys light up so I can see what I am doing. Touch screen quick and no delays. Still figuring a few things on it but I love it!

I totally love this computer. It is very compact. Very fast processor. This is my very first notebook computer, being that I favor desktops. I love the color. It's modern, sleek. The screen is color and size is great. It's quiet and lightweight. Its a great first notebook

I just recently purchased this laptop and use it mainly for my daughter's homeschooling. The picture and sound quality are not the greatest, however it does wonderful on Zoom. And, it doesn't hold a charge very well, if you're on consistently, it would have to be plugged in. Other than that it's gotten the job done.

I love that this laptop is touchscreen and you can fold it so it basically turns into a tablet. It is very easy to use and my kids love to use it for their school work. I have always owned HP laptops and have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend this laptop.

Wife wanted a solid basic Windows pc with touch screen and decent sized screen....I have another laptop with an intel Core I5 processor so saw this at a good price....she is very happy with it. Starts quickly, downloads web site/email snappily, and screen resolution is very good.

Had it for a few weeks now. So far still in love with it. I got this to be able to transfer my pictures over then into a external hard drive. Does take a few tries to get to show my pictures when searching for photos. It runs pretty fast. Love the finger print reader. Easy setup.

Over all it is a great little laptop. I went through and added a 200 gb sd card that i have. So now i am able to have more storage on it. The mouse will take some time to get use to. But the touch screen helps soooo much. I have used it much more than any other laptop i have ever owned.

I typically look primarily at the components when shopping for a computer/laptop. This one had great components (not high end), but very good components nonetheless. A great value at the price I purchased it for on sale. The only downside is that I was expecting a bit more battery life, but for the price a good value.

This is a great laptop. My daughter uses it for videos, movies, and will be using it for school in the fall. Easy to use. The touchscreen is an great addition to the computer. We got it on sale which was a great bonus for us.

I purchased my new computer after my 10 year old laptop was beyond repair, obtaining parts. I am extremely happy with my new computer, works much faster than my previous laptop. Service plan fits my needs and I feel secure in the fact that my laptop is protected.

Great computer! Very compact, lightweight. Good battery life. Seems like it will be a good fit for our needs, which is occasional use, sending documents to print, storing photos, etc. Anything would be an improvement over our last one, which would freeze constantly.
