I have had this computer for about 2 months now. It's pretty good. I use it for school work and office work. I love that it is able to flip. I can easily take notes from a PowerPoint. Overall good laptop. Battery not so great

It’s a great computer for the price but wish it would have came with a wireless mouse like my last hp laptop came with. It’s a really fast computer and I found out it was touch screen which really helps out a lot.

Purchased this on sale, so it was a great value at that price point. The touchpad is very sensitive. I find it easier and more efficient to use with a mouse. The touchscreen is great and have not had any issues so far. Screen definition is average, but that is stated in the specs, so it should not be a surprise. My main use is just for meetings, emails, some at home projects. Not a ton of memory so, you’ll need to have a cloud base backup or some type of external drive if you need storage. I’ve also used it in tablet form to stream and that’s been very easy. I think perfect for school and at home business. I also purchased Microsoft office and have already put together a few presentations with ease.

Bought this to use for my tshirt business and it works great! Love the light up keyboard option which I didn't realize it had,the touch screen and tablet option.

We bought this for out 7yr going to 3rd grade. After the initial setup, he has been able navigate through his school with ease. The touch screen and biometric make it very easy for him hop on and get to work.

I just retired and needed a basic laptop. This one has more features than I actually need, but will probably use. Love the touchscreen and pretty easy to set up. The rose gold color also very pretty.

Perfect for an office pc, not so much for gaming, but it will run simple ones. Touchscreen works well as does tablet mode, as it is very light and easy to handle. Overall a good laptop for the price

The laptop was delivered quickly as promised and was very easy to set up. I haven’t used it much due to being busy for the holidays else I may have given a 5 star. It was a Black Friday purchase so the price was right

I love this Laptop!! Very nice and good looking the touchscreen makes it so easier for me to read the only thing I have been problem about is I have been having a hard time to connect it in my t.v

So far laptop is nice, quick, great having 2 in 1 type with touch screen and love the larger keys with back lighting. Also much lighter and less bulky than old laptop. Still very new so can't say much else.

Love it! Love the touch screen. Love that I can connect it to my phone. I wish it was a little faster and that Microsoft wasn't so pushy for you to buy their products. But it come pre-installed.

So, I just bought this computer after my Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1 was stolen, and I have to say, I am super impressed. It is beyond beautiful, and the size is perfect, and compares to Lenovo and comes out equal to, if not on top. With the Lenovo, I found that I had a lot of issues with the fingerprint reader, and with this computer, I haven't had any issues at all. The keyboard backlight is adjustable, it's fast for my purposes (I'm not a gamer, so I don't know how well this laptop would work for that.) As a college student though, I cannot sing its praises enough. There is nothing I don't love about this laptop. I would highly recommend it! I purchased an external hard drive to go with it, and I could not be more pleased.

Really, REALLY enjoying this purchase. Set up was SUPER easy and have had zero issues!! Proud to have worked for HP for many, many years and to see that they are still doing a quality product!!!

It was just what I was looking for. A great laptop for an affordable price with everything in needed. The young lady who helped me found this one based on my needs and wants. Its a great one.

I have only had the computer for about a month now, but so far I really like it. I like the way it looks, it’s a good size, etc. My only complaint would be that it needs to be plugged in a lot of the time/the battery length.

My daughter purchased the HP-Pavillon x360 2 in 1 14" Touch screen Laptop and she loves it. Setting it up and added her apps was easy and if she has any questions she can call Geek Squad for help.

I was able to get this discounted as an open box, but still think it's a good product for the price. Simple to set up & the built in Alexa is convenient.

Purchased this for my daughter to replace an old Lenovo Yoga. BB had for a great price and I even received an additional $100 refund when the item went on sale. Laptop was easy to setup and works great for her.

I purchased this laptop about a month ago and have not had any issues. I love the 2 in 1 feature. I am still exploring and finding new things it can do everyday. I purchased it on sale for $499. Good price for the product.

I didn't have big expectations for this, but a the $500 price I figured I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the laptop was. The keyboard was fine and the screen was colorful and crisp. Sadly, two big issues made me return it. 1) The touchpad jiggles A LOT. It's like there's a big dead space when you push down onto the pad before it registers the click. Trying to "tap to click" was annoying because the touchpad just bounces around. 2) The hinge on the right side creaked when opening and closing the laptop. Upon inspecting it I noticed the hinge was tilted and bent, causing it to not align correctly. I took the laptop back and tried to exchange it for another, but they did not have anymore. I went to the display model and it also had both issues.
