We purchased this computer for our daughter to use in college. It has exceeded our expectations so far. Great computer for this price range. Nice size, backlit keyboard, and fast processing.

I got this computer due to the switch in class from in person to zoom and I really enjoy it. It works really well for zoom, has nice speakers, and a nice camera. I also really enjoy the touch feature!

I bought this laptop for some upcoming travel/meetings that I have planned. It is fast, responsive, and is the size I was seeking. Once you eliminate all the bloatware, it's a very useful machine.

i love this laptop for reason it is very portable and very light. besides the display is so good and quite good for some gaming as well. highly recommended for student who studying in college.

This is a durable and functional laptop, perfect for school work and home entertainment. It can be a bit sluggish and the battery life is only soso, but it is lightweight and has crisp graphics and sound.

Solid build quality. Bought if for every day use. Webcam is grainy unless in perfect light, but thats how all these HP's seem to be. Decent performance, we will see how long she lasts!

I bought this laptop to replace my desktop. I really enjoy the touch screen and the Alexa. Some of the apps are confusing, specially if you are trying to use Apple and Chrome apps instead of Microsoft.

Bought a chromebook last yr. Had to replace it with this HP laptop. I wish I would of bought instead of the chromebook. What a difference!! It can do anything he needs and has plenty more.

I have Apple products for everything but needed a PC for a client I work with. Computer quality is good and plenty of features for a reasonable price. Not a huge fan of Windows especially this version.

Bought this laptop to replace a HP x360 that was dropped. Although the specs on this one are not as high as the previous (Core i7 with 12 GB), the difference in performance is scarcely noticeable.

HP products have always been on the short list for us. This one with touchscreen does not disappoint. It's responsive and the SSD drive definitely helps with the larger files I use all day.

Researched this product for a few weeks and bought it at its lowest price. Very quick, lightweight & sleek. Perfect laptop for my needs. Hasn't gotten loud or super hot for me (yet)

I am a Mac user and I found this much easier to navigate than a lot of other PC's. Additionally, this was light, responsive, easy to set up and priced nicely for what it had to offer.

This laptop is lightweight and easy to set up. It boots up fast and the fingerprint reader works well for quickly signing on. It works well as a tablet also. Battery life is good.

Great computer for my son. He uses it for school work, Roblox video games, watching videos, and listening to music. He enjoys the touch screen flexibility of having a lap top.

Not over the top with features, but does everything I need at a good value price. Love the touch screen feature. Processor could be faster, but suffice for my needs. Would buy again.

The touchscreen is great. SSD really helps the laptop feel a lot faster. Size is compact as well. I was expecting it to be lighter than it is, given the screen size is only 14 inches. Overall, a good product.

My points in no particular order: under $500, HP, touch screen, 1920 x 1080, intel, under 15", windows 10 (not s mode, nor chrome), SSD, new, dimensions (0.7 inches/3.55 pounds).

Great laptop - fast startup with the SSD, fast operations with the Intel i5! Love the fingerprint ID for login and on-line purchases. Nice touchscreen and love the tablet mode.

This laptop is simply the best. Purchased for the kids to use for school during these COVID times. They love it because it has just about all the features they want in a laptop.
