Bought this for my son starting college. He hasn’t used it much yet but so far he is very pleased with all it can do. Much more lightweight than his laptop too.

love this laptop. I don't use its tablet mode, but it's there if I want it. Meanwhile, it's very light and fast, has all the memory I need, since I don't game or do extensive graphics.

Easy to operate, and perfect for my needs. It's light weight and very portable, great for anyone on the go. It's large enough for a comfortable keyboard, and small enough for those who like to pack light!

Got this for my second grader to do virtual learning. Love the touchscreen. Only negative is that the touchpad is not very good. It does not respond like it should. We got a wireless mouse so all is well.

Totally user friendly. It required no outside help to install all the apps and software I use. Plenty of memory and love the touch screen. All in a beautiful luminous gold case. The best.

I love my new laptop perfect for what I need! Light weight and sleek. The touch screen is a nice upgrade from what I had before. I am using it for crafting and playing the sims

Excellent features for the price that you pay. I like the screen size and the performance of the hardware/software. Reason for not giving it 5 stars it that it is a bit heavy to carry around.

The rain I have it 4 stars was because the battery dies to quickly. I sometimes have to charge it 2-3 times a day. Doing work it's good, with classes all being online Zoom drains the battery to quickly.

I enjoy this laptop. Im not using it for big programs, just work video meetings and Microsoft and pdf documents, emails. Its fast, light and a cool design. No issues what so ever!

I bought this laptop to handle exclusively my online conferencing. I needed a better speaker/mic set up and ultimate speed. My not crowding it with apps and frills, so far, so good.

I've had this computer for a little less than a month, and it has been great so far. The keyboard feels nice and I really like the fingerprint scanner so I don't have to enter a password every time I turn it on. Powers on quickly. Instead of the trackpad having a left and right button, the enter pad is the left button and you use two fingers for the right button, which I haven't seen in a lot of laptops. It does everything I need it to do.

Like the smaller size but not too small. Screen clarity is very good. Like the touchscreen. Speed is not lightning fast but acceptable. Works well for personal use.

This is being used by a college student and he likes it a lot. It has good speed and handles all of the task efficiently. Very portable and functionality is great.

Went in with my dinosaur of a laptop even tho it was only 3 years old. And was shown this computer and immediately fell in love. Very versatile and long battery life.

We purchased a new HP Envy laptop for our granddaughter for college this coming fall. The size was perfect and the cost from Best Buy was the best deal on that particular computer. It was delivered directly to the house with no problems. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable laptop, that converts to a tablet.

Great for college students! The processor is quick and has lots of storage space for projects and files. The touchscreen helps so much that I forget sometime that I have a mouse.

The computer responds very quickly. it was easy to set-up. I have an appointment with Tech Support to modify a couple things, but overall I am very satisfied with this product.
