Nice size, pretty and has an hdmi port (non mini, which would require an adaptor) so I can connect to my tv. Just not sure about the mouse pad, which seems flimsy-Is this plastic? Also, I’m not sure what programs and software that come with my computer. I’ve been a Mac user, and I believe I had to add some Microsoft software to my 10 year old MacBook Pro. Not sure if this was transferred over to the HP when I left my Mac at the geek squad. I have another appt this week and will find out. The learning curve may take quite a few appts with Geek Squad, I’m afraid this learning curve may be more than I want, but it’s too late to return it. Hope it gets easier.

Slow gwtting here i oaid for exoididted shipinh but was tikd i did t sven ybough my sratement saud i did. But once apike aith a manager 3rd tine calling in ine sau hw was a smart (axx) not go curse. But he quote out of hus mouth i dont care what you do. The item ive only cut on twice and items were added i didnt ask for. I spent over a grand an exoect little more curtiouslsly when having problem date on arrival keot changing feom day to day. An the items added Are nit act items you have diwnload an that a little difficult to get done. I was even told by manager all i can do is telk yoy dont except package an hung up.

I bought this Laptop for my sister for college and she really likes it. It’s a quality product for a reasonable price. I definitely believe that HP makes some of the best Laptops.

I got this PC on sale it normally cost about $850 or 8 $900 I'm not mistaken I got it for 599 plus tax which is like 650 it is so awesome I love it it is amazing it's fast portable

Portable, holds a charge long, got it for my husband who had surgery and would be somewhat inconvenienced to use his desktop down a flight of stairs. Very happy with the purchase

Nice computer. The only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery hasn’t been great, it drains after about five or six hours of word processing. Other than that it is great.

The computer is nice, fast and lots of extras. My only complaint is the battery only last from full charge for about 3 1/2 hours before it is dead. Not what I expect from a new computer.

I've had hp envy x360 in past and this laptop matches the expectations of envy x360. Touch screen is great and fingerprint feature was cherry on top.

i recently bought this laptop and it’s already over heating, whenever you plug it the fan starts to make too much noise and it’s starts to heat up
