I've always been a fan of HP products, and this laptop definitely did not disappoint. I've had it nearly a year, and still performs great.

Great computer for the price. This was purchased as a cheap laptop that can be used for class, but has been used for much more because of its capabilities.

Everything I expected.. Super fast, thanks to the SSD drive.. Neat feature to turn it into a tablet. Easily connected to WiFi and setup was quick and easy.

Got this laptop for my daughter since she is doing virtual classes.It is a good laptop but she has to leave it plugged up because it dies pretty quick. Other wise she loves it.

Bought this for a friend who owned a very very old laptop after they used my samsung notebook and loved it. They love it, it was a lot more affordable than mine and has a lot of the same functionality. They do less on the laptop so the reduction in memory and space doesn't affect them though it still goes plenty fast for day to day activities with searching the web and such. They love the fingerprint reader, used mine again after they had theirs for awhile and kept forgetting that mine didn't have one which was hilarious to watch. Good laptop for basic usage, nifty extra features.

I love love this laptop. Works really well and I love the fact that it's touch screen. The keypads are soft touch and easy to use. Overall, excellent laptop.

This is my third Pavillion. All have been great. It's light but has a sturdy frame, comfortable keyboard and outstanding screen resolution. I use this computer for work and it stands up to heavy use. The i5 - 8GB Memory is plenty fast when combined with the SSD hard drive. The SSD was recommended to me by the sales person and it really improves the performance. The only upgrade I will make next time is to go with more storage space. The 256GB is good, but if you store a lot of photos or want to install multiple large programs, larger storage capacity is helpful.

The setup of this laptop was very easy. The sound and screen colour are just great. I enjoy the many features on this laptop which make working on it more enjoyable.

I love this little laptop. It was easy to set up. The touch screen is great. Zoom works like a charm and the picture is so clear. I recommend this laptop.

I wanted a laptop that was lightweight and not bulky, touchscreen, lighted keyboard and easy to grab and go and this was it! It’s the best laptop I’ve ever owned!

This is my 1st laptop ever! It’s easy for this 60+ grandma to use! I like the versatile way of using it; as a laptop or iPad. It’s not too heavy, either.

Great machine with touchscreen. We bought this for our kids to use during online school. It is great for student level from middle school to high school.

Just what I need to take along on trips as well as live sessions with my students...great speed and love that I can have multiple windows open with any lagging.

Very good computer. Works as well as I expected it. Touch screen is a plus. This is my first computer Solid State Drive and so far it hasn’t disappointed.

I use with my 4 years son with the online classes and is so good we convert on tablet and is more easy to him to handle and realize the works touching the screen

bought these laptops for my kids just in case we had to do online learning. Small, lightweight and practical for an 8 & 12 year old. We love them. Easy to setup

I had to get a PC quick for summer college classes my old HP Pavilion DM4 yeah, that is old hahahaha, hard drive partitions went bad. Didn’t have time to replace the bad component*. I went online and Best Buy had what I needed. Now, it’s not the one I wanted with more upgrades in Ram, Ports, HD, or CPU/ (( check the benchmark i5)) etc. But all in all it’s nice. The price was overpriced between $200-300 dollars. But I need it, my HW was due the same day I pick the HP up. Looking at all my options and HP standards, I would buy this HP again. Also, if you wanted to upgrade it’s possible. * I will fix my old HP, because I can #ElectronicEngineeringNerd

Bought this for work. Easy and portable to use without any issues. Would recommend to anyone who wants a reputable brand with a great mid range processor

I really love this laptop. It is perfect for me to take everywhere and do my school work on. the touch-screen is an amazing part of it. It is easy to use.
